Nishan G.First let me say this. I find it terribly convenient that you are wondering more about the depot location was opposed to how you are as a company. The location that you have as a pickup and drop off depot has no affiliation to your quality and service. they are simply a depot. With that said the depot "3 guys truck wash" was good. On the other hand your service is deplorable and that is an understatement and quite frankly being polite. Here are the ways you have wronged me: 1. I phoned orignally to rent an open box light truck. to which I had to spend the better part of 5 minutes trying to explain to the service desk what a "light truck" actually was. She then booked the truck for me and gave me the rate and cost which I found to be reasonable. 2. The morning I was to pick up the truck at 12:00PM I was contacted by your service desk employee stating to me that the vehicle I had booked needed to be sent away to be repaired. When I probed further however, It was admitted that the truck I had booked was previously booked for repairs before my appointment. She then asked If I would be willing to book further in advance to which I had agreed. 3. On the day of my booking and pickup, I was phoned exactly 4 hours before pickup and told that the vehicle I had booked was unavailable and that it could not be fixed and uhaul chose to sell it instead. I was dissapointed but was tolerant and polite of the sitaution. She then asked if I would be willing to try a different route. I settled on a smaller closed box van truck. It wasnt optimal but I would make it work as my options and responsiblity I had to pick up an item was fast approaching. I agreed to the terms after she had said we will only charge you a flat rate for the trouble. I found this to be a reasonable solution and attempt to remedy the situation. 4. at the time of pickup I turned on the vehicle and the TPMS sensor was on. Given I was in the tire business I just searched for the factory reset procedure on tpms, completed the reset procedure but determined that a faulty sensor was the cause after confirming tire pressures to be correct. For the entire trip the light was on. May be this is not a big deal, but combined with the entire experience it was yet another element of gorss negligence and complete disregard for customers and my situation. 5. I returned from my trip an was presented not only the base flat rate to which I was promised, but 500 extra in charges for apparently going to far with the vehicle which was not discussed and completely the opposite of what I was assured. when I defended my position with the depot for the dispute in charges they assured me they would have the supervisor at uhaul contact me and in the mean tie they would suspend the transaction until a solution was provided. they understood my concerns. 6. 2 days came to pass and no attempt at phone call to speak about my situtation but instead an arbitray charge to my credit card was applied. In closing I will be speaking with the Better Business Beureau and ensuring that my entire experience will be shared to as many potential victims as possible. This company to say the least, is a dishonestly run 3 ring circus who will make every attempt to take your money without providing the service. BUYER BEWARE and stay well away from these dishonest people.

Wendy W.They charged me for items I didn't select then say they are going to refund afterwards. They ask me for an estimated amount of kilometers and tell me they will refund the difference. Then at the end they ask me if an 80 dollars refund sounds good with no itemized bill. Every step of the way it felt confusing and mismanaged. If a business wanted to scam someone this is how they would operate to try and confuse someone enough they don't know if things are correct afterwards.
