I was surprised at the total amount, this was a $19,95 all day truck, I didn't travel far and had it back soon, I don't know why the total amount was so much. I and how many hours I would have it, I was asked if 4 hours was enough and I said yes, again this was not a rental by hour.

Excellent customer service. Was my first time using my Tesla tow hitch adaptor. They were patient while we all went through 'first time' learning and happily flipped the ball on the receiver so it curved up and not down like it was set for my previous tow vehicle.

We arrived at 3:30 PM and there was no one in sight; gates were closed access was extremely difficult due to extensive road work.

We were charged for 3 gallons of gas that we felt we shouldn’t have been charged for considering that we picked it up with barely a 1/4 of a tank and returned it with under a 1/2 a tank

First of all I explained exactly what I had when I made the rsvp to the rep and was advised that a 10ft truck would be sufficient well it wasn't and had to do the move in 2 trips. I advised another rep when I needed the code to provide it to the loaders/unloaders for there payment because I never received it and to top it off I advised that the rsvp was to be in my name and not Jimmy and that wasn't done. I also explained to the shop of the situation and no one wanted to rectify the situation and had to pay for more mileage. I was not offered any discounts and this should have taken place because I was mislead by U-Haul. Another thing to was that I am 4'11'" I was given a truck that had a worn out seat and a steering wheel that would not come down and ask the person working there if they had something different because the steering wheel was blocking my vision and was advised this is what they had when they had plenty of trucks on the lot. I have used Uhaul many times in the past and never had this kind of issue and was very displeased with everything.

We were caught in heavy rain and most of the contents became wet. The trailer was very old and I believe the roll up door was probably the problem.

When I returned the vehicle, the woman handling the return made me wait over 10 minutes till she finished her phone call before acknowledging me. Even she want on the phone when I walked in .When she finally did, she asked how she could help-despite the fact that I had already told her I was there to return the car. After that, she made me wait another 5 minutes without taking any action, followed by another 10 minutes just to check the mileage and fuel level. Her attitude was completely unprofessional. I genuinely don't understand how someone with such poor customer service skills is working in a customer-facing role. I've been in the customer service industry for over 17 years, and I've never encountered anyone with zero regard for the basics of good service like this individual.

I have rented their several times already and never had a problem. Everything goes smooth. The woman even waited for me during a storm for me to get there five star operation highly recommended.

Was frustrated that they couldnt see the dolly was returned to original location and I was charged $130 for it. Other than that it was fine

Nothing could have been better or easier. Elizabeth and Carlos, each, were amazing to deal with. 10 stars across the board... this is now our preferred location anytime we will need to rent a truck.

I left the fuel level at what I felt was the same level, close to same level, as when I picked up the U-Haul. When I picked it up, there were 153 miles left to empty. When I refueled, there were 138, miles left to empty. Just over 1/4 tank but was still charged 36,75 for 7 gallons of fuel. Even the screen shot I was sent in the receipt showed 1\4 full. Had I been there when personnel were available, I would have shown them the picture I took of the remaining miles left to empty, add the amount need to read 153 miles to empty. I would have contested the 36,75 charge, taken the U-Haul to the nearest gas station and added the fuel necessary to read 153 miles to empty. Next time, I'll be there to talk to a person. Rough roads make the truck bounce quite a bit, even though the side of the truck reads, air ride suspicion. Only a couple of items were broken on the trip. Other than that, everything else was fine. Truck ran great. I had no dealings with this location, as I dropped the truck after hours and a day half a day early.

I received a call from an U-Haul rep about 2:45 pm and I asked what time the drop off Uhaul office closed. The rep told me that their office closed at 5:30 pm. Because we were running late, we knew we did not have the time to gas up, only quarter tank left. When we pulled up to the U-Haul location at 5:20 pm, the U-Haul office was CLOSED WITH THE CHAIN AROUND THE GATE AND NOONE WHERE. I called the U-Haul phone number and was told to park the U-Haul truck and leave the keys in the dropped off box. I just received an email receipt and it showed $167 showed "missing/damage equipment with the top of my $591 bill that I did initially paid. I'm extremely upset and will be filling the complaint and will never ever use U-Haul again

Truck only had 3/4 tank of gas. I returned it with 3/4 tank of gas. They charged me. Plus I did not know the place was closing before I dropped it off. They left me no instructions on what to do. Bad business practices!!

If you just need a truck, try Penske or Hertz. They actually have the vehicles you need at the place you reserve them!

If you are a Trump supporter, you'll love this location. Trump signs and full size cutout of Trump. It would be nice to walk into a business and not have to be barraged by political BS.

Made reservation got a call asking to come pick up early so they can go home early, at pickup my reservation was combined with another customers info phone numbers truck selection and time frame all messed up. Took about an hr to fix on top of that on the phone he was inappropriate with his conversation and to top it off he told me I was enrolled in a program that covered my miles which after reviewing my invoice that was not the case. Won't ever use this location or even uhaul again because of this which is very unfortunate because I use uhaul for all my moving needs.

This was the easiest, most seamless experience I could have imagined. The trailer was already hooked up and ready to go before I even finished in the office and drop-off was just as easy. Highly recommend this location!

Not A thing. I rent from U-HAUL several times a year for my business. The 1623 N Boulder location is my preferred location to get trucks. I never have issues and the staff gets me on my way in no time.

Service was great. Everything was perfect. However... I give only 2 stars because the place is filled with Donal Trump paraphernalia. And since I find him to be a fascist, petulant embarrassment to humanity it was a little off putting. Keep your stupid trump-tard imagery for your front yard and not your business.

Complicated to find where to park, retuning was complicated and took close to an hour because it kept asking to upload photos, I did this 5 times going in circles around the truck. Open, close, lock, over and over again. Terrible experience.

Very rude owner. Condescending to women. Handed us keys to the wrong truck, and once he realized it (after sending us out to the truck in 110 degree weather) he did not even apologize for his error. I will not use this location again.

Elizabeth at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever encountered with Uhaul. I use Uhaul at least 2-3 times per year, but this was my first time using this location. My reservation was for 7am. When I got there at 730a, to pick it up using the contactless pickup through app, the truck was not ready or even on the front lot. It was parked on their back lot and had not even been brought up to be cleaned yet. Elizabeth was rude, told me "you don't understand how this business works. Go ahead and report me to corporate." I explained that my reservation was at 7am, it was now 730a and the truck wasn't ready. She said it was dropped off the night before and had not been cleaned yet, but they had been open for over 30 minutes, knowing there was a 7am reservation. Elizabeth was so rude, heartless and didn't even apologize for their delay. Carlos and Fernando were very professional and made sure my truck was clean and even called me after I dropped off truck to tell me about an item left in truck. Elizabeth should not work with the public. She is an angry, rude, non-people person. Bad bad bad bad first impression for your brand!

Did a after-hours drop off. They sent me a text message with information on how to drop off my rental which was very helpful. She even answered the phone after hours to assist me with a question I had before dropping off the rental.
