This guy was absolutely 100 % lost in space. He's fucking calling me and texting me non stop while I'm sleepinh in bed, telling me not to be late for my appointment the next fucking day. Then texting me while on my way to the appointment telling me to not be late or I'll be charged extra. Then when I do arrive 10 minutes early he has me waiting around for 40 minutes because he doesn't have his shit together. Then he charges me $20 for an after hours service fee and doesn't return my calls to explain what the fuck it is. Even though I returned the rental 5 hours early. This fucking guys last appointment is 12:45 in the afternoon.Daniel P.

Previous reviews had me questioning, but I actually had a real positive experience. They added an additional 24hrs for free, and up to 48hrs extra if I needed it. Truck was easy to get to, owner was easy to get ahold of and got ahold of me to make sure everything was set up for me. No issues other than a little confusion with online check-in.Brett M.

The guy running this location was very rude. I called at 9:30pm because there was a problem with the fuel gauge. He had answered the phone, I told him there was a problem with the fuel gauge and he told me that they were closed and hung up on me. Not impressed.Raelynne K.

Customer service was bad. I was threatened by the service provider to cancel or transfer my pick up for 15/ 20 minutes delay in picking the truck up. Location was hard to find.Souvenir M.
The steering was a little questionable at times. It also was not good on ice. But an asset would be to add some type of non slip to the truck and ramp. My husband slipped and a solid would desk fell on his chest!trina S.

The location was extremely unprofessional. The store was unmarked with no signage for the food store (closed) or uhaul, which made it very hard to find. Cardboard signs directed you to go to an unmarked back door where you had to text a number and then wait 15 minutes for him to bring your keys. Texts from agent had poor English and were hard to understand but when you called the number he told you to text and hung up.Raymond D.

Please install good tires. I am not sure if they are winter or all seasons tire by the handling of the care was too difficult. The car slid a lot and I was lucky that I didn't fall in an accident due to severe weather conditions on the date I used the car.Hesamedin K.

Having the east Indian gentleman who was working on Oct 29th learn some professional etiquette. Also hanging up on a customer with a valubable concern simply to deal with other customers, not the best employee to have attached to your brandPhil K.
I liked everything is mobile. But i booked for furniture dolly. They didn't have it. They said they don't guarantee. I get it. At least inform me before hand. Otherwise i wouldn't had to waste the time and km charged on the truck. Got charged for over night fee. Seemed very unorganized and confusing when you arrive. Did not get the dolly that I had on my online order and person texting me wasn't even using full words or sentences to talk to me. I will always suggest to anyone to avoid neighbourhood dealers. Their hours of operation are wanky. There is no place to wait while the dealer gets things prepared. There are no furniture dollies or other things to help with the move. The truck tank was not full when I received it yet I was told it had to be full when it was returned and it was. It was highly impersonal all in all a horrible experience.Vaughn M.

The online reservation program was laborious. I had to scan the front and back of my driver's license twice - upon making the reservation and when I was picking up the vehicle. Then, I had to give a contact name "just-in-case" at the pickup time. Finally, the keys were not where indicated on the reservation. We had to phone UHaul who then transferred us to a local number. The keys were supposed to be in a box at the back of the truck we rented. When we spoke to the local person, we were informed that the key was in a van parked nearby, at the back of the driver's seat!!! Very frustrating to say the least. Other than that, we were satisfied with the vehicle and the final price charged which was accurate.Gioia S.

Apparently reserving a Furniture dolly doesn't mean very much at all. The guy I talked to just repeated that dolly reservations aren't guaranteed well now I had to go find another one using your vehicle for distance and that was really frustrating. Also he tried to sell me more insurance after I already knew what I had paid for online. The pictures on the website showed a practically brand new truck, where are the one I had had scrapes all the way down the side on the passenger side.Andrew B.

The gentleman I spoke with was very rude to me and both my parents. Oh the door it says to phone specific number which did the first time it rang no one picked up so I called again, when he answered the phone I mentioned I'm here to pick up a 10â€ truck he said we are closed do you have a mobile pick up, I answered yes but just want reassurance as to how to do it. He then replied â€œwell how do you expect to pick up your truck if you don't know how to use itâ€ that was so rude and unprofessional, if someone doesn't like the job they are doing they should find something else. When someone called and asks for assistance they should be respected and not talked to like an idiot. When I put my parents down as an alternate contact he was very rude to my dad when my father asked him to repeat the worker basically gave up and ended the call. This was the first time I've ever rented a Uhaul truck and wasn't a good first impression.Alexandria G.

The truck I rented was clean except the front windshield and it was quite cracked as well. There wasn't any washer fluid. Not sure if I'd rent from this location again as it was quite strange. Poor customer service. Waited outside for 10 minutes, although it doesn't seem long, it's very odd that there isn't an office to go into. Got back to return truck and there was no parking. The agent there told me to park it on the road, across the street. What would have happened if someone hit the truck.... this all happened during business hours. The agent was very poor. The entrance several homemade signs, it was confusing. I followed the instructions to wait outside and call for service but then I had to wait while they processed another customer first who ignored the signage and just walked right in. It was my first time booking with u-haul so I thought it would be best to handle everything at customer service but then I had to use the app to process everything myself. Would be nice if they provided wifi for all the image uploads.Michelle J.
I'm really not that happy about it actually. I was going to be a little late picking up the Pickup Truck. I emailed to say I would be there about half hour after I was scheduled. When I arrived there were people standing at a back door saying that they couldn't get in, there was a note on the door with a number to call but it just went to someone's personal phone and it was just a recording saying leave a message. More people start to show up. There is one guy working and he pokes his head out and says systems are slow and we have to wait. About 20 mins later my phone rings and it's the guy who's number is on the door. I assume it's someone from Uhaul and that he was inside but I'm not sure. Anyways he says are you going to buy insurance? I say sure and he says they will bring the keys out when my charges have been authorized. 15 mins later a guy comes out and gives me the keys, he explains the regular truck stuff like replacing the gas and make sure it's clean,,,he gives me the keys and I leave. No paperwork, no vehicle insurance or registration papers,,,nothing but the keys. I take the vehicle back at the scheduled time and was instructed to take a picture, another picture of the odometer and text it to the number on the door. I had to do this before I left as well, I also take a picture of the truck parked where they told me and the gas receipt. I send all of this to the number I was told and then half hour or so I send another text saying I need a receipt. The number has not responded to me. I have to wonder what kind of business this is that doesn't provide any documentation for anything. So I still have no idea what I've been charged, I put 35 KM on the truck and it was cleaner than when I picked it up at drop off but there was no one there to see it or finalize the charges. This is not sitting well with me. Everyone know that Covid is here to stay and we have to find ways to work around it, including making ourselves less vunerable, you can't not provide documentation for something like a rental, or receipts and just charge whatever you want and not disclose what the charges are ? The lady on the phone went over the charges with me so I know approx what they should be but I've actually seen nothing yet from Uhaul. If I didn't do as I was supposed to as a customer then I get charged for it, well what about your end of the deal? If I was pulled over by Police for something well now I would be scrambling because you gave me no paperwork. This is just all around very poor customer service.Karen B.

There was very bad smell inside the van. It was smelling something like some shit of an animal. We had to keep the windows open all the time to get off the smell. Also Air-conditioning was not working. It was a hot day and no cold air coming from the Vents. Very very poor service. However, when I went to return the vehicle, one of his workers was overzealous with cleaning and sprayed my hands with Lysol as I was handing the key over. Employee tried to pull the two card scam on me. Basically claim the charge wouldn't go through on my supplied card and could they apply the charge to a second card hoping I wouldn't notice there double charge.
