The truck was good. The staff there was not kind, pushing, blaiming and impatient.
Really bad service the first bill was for 43$ And the charge on my credit card was 89 $ And he tried to charged me more . Do t recommend this location . If I could not give any start I would not .
The person in charge was very rude and not helpful.
I found it very difficult to set everything up in terms of picking up the vehicle. When I called to speak with someone I asked about the pick up process and their response was "Uh I don't know. read online"
Nothing that I can see at this moment.
I would recommend this location if there was different staff. In messages comes across as very rude when just confirming information
The location was very confusing to pick the rental up from. They had a sign on a door stating they are in the back and to yell for assistance. When we went into the back there was no one there and I did not feel that I should have to yell for assistance. The individual at this location was very rude and extremely unprofessional. We had booked the rental for 2 days and on the fist day we had it he was texting me telling me there would be a fee if we returned it after hours. After hearing that the location was only open for a couple hours a day I asked if I could return it to another location and was simply told it was a $275 fee to drop it off at another location. When I simply asked why that was he called me and very rudely and unprofessionally stated that it was a $275 so either drop it off during hours or there would be fee and I could call customer service if I had a problem with that. I felt this was very unnecessary to be treated like this when it was a simple and unreasonable question. I did call customer service and they were much more helpful and explaining that drop off could be arranged but it would have had to be prearranged. I will not be recommending this location to anyone that I know and I really hope that someone will address this mans extreme lack of professionalism when running a business. Also I think that if a location has very short hours in a day then there should be an option to return it to another location that has better hours (especially since certain trucks are only available at certain locations). I will be writing further reviews to discourage people from going to this location to prevent them from the experience that I had.

Please make sure your trucks are mechanically fit for your clients to have smooth experience. And I request to all customers please never ever rent a truck with this company that has an engine warning lights on unless you wanna pit yourself in danger. I did rent a truck today for moving, and hired 2 labour to help me out with the moving. In middle the truck got broke down and we had to be on the road for 2 and a half hours for the roadside assistance to show up and get it repaired. By the time the furniture we had the deal set up got already sold and i ended up paying the labour charge for 3 hours for 2 people for nothing. After-all these i reported this incident with U-haul customer service and the a manager Mr. Jhon got back to me over the phone and replied he can live of with the $19.95 Truck rental fee and so he'll wave the mileage cost for me. After all this happened, he wasn't even willing to acknowledge that was a mistake happened from his side or his U-haul dealer side. Before i took the truck i took the photo of the dash board and it clearly showed the engine warning light was on and the reply i got was, thats fine its just the tire pressure. I should actually sue the company and the dealership for putting my life in danger by providing a mechanically unfit truck for my moving purpose. Even the road side assistance team acknowledged that the dealer shouldn't have given the Truck which had an engine warning light on and Which i reported. After all this do you think i should recommend this company. For what purpose. Such a worst experience and disrespectful customer service. I'll have to mention that the roadside assistance team and customer service team did their job well. Thanks and not anymore to U-haul, would rather trust a local company.
Online checking is useless if the associate at the store is just going to ask me all the same questions for 30 min, then tell me I'm late picking up, I was 15 mins late, but it's also my money. Truck was clean but definitely not well maintained, squealing and grinding sounds all the time, hard shifting at times, guy on the phone was very unprofessional, repeating himself like a record and I even had to tell him multiple times "ok next step". Very rude, treated me like I was an inconvenience to him, told me keys were in the drop box, once we finally got to that stage, nope, he came out was trying to hand me the keys, I told him just drop them on the ground. Will not use that location ever again. I have had only this one situation with uhaul where I wasnt treated properly, used you guys few times in the past and it was always a good experience. Homeboy should be retrained in conduct of customers.
This man has no customer service skills what so ever. Not only did he threaten me with the police over a stupid late truck but he also charged me a cleaning fee as a late charge because I cleaned that truck top to bottom thede shouldn't have been any added charge. You should be more wary of who you let represent you.
The operator of this location could do more to be friendly. He was somewhat short-tempered and when I had questions both face-to-face or on the phone outside the office, he would interrupt and cut me off saying "thank-you, goodbye" and either walking away or hanging up the phone. I don't think he meant to be unfriendly, but I believe he was flustered because he seemed to be dealing with several customers at once. He might benefit from some training on customer service.
It was very good to see this location has Covid-19 prevention measures, including contactless service. Well done. I highly recommend this location.
It was a pain to get the truck. The operator was telling me all the additional fees that I may have to pay, nickle and diming. Plus the rental location must be open to get the truck as there is no way to get it 24/7. He also wanted me to sent extra pictures is MMS as the ones U-Haul asks for is no good. Won't fo to this location ever again.
Need to remind people to refill with gas.
The first vehicle given starts but does not drive. It was probably because the original keys were stolen and the replacement did not exactly work. The engine starts but when you shift the gear to drive it does not drive which might be because of a safety feature.
truck was dirty, and I was overcharged
probably the single most worst customer experience i have ever experienced, witness, been apart of in my entire life. I have never written a complaint letter in my life, but i believe this cannot go unstated. i completely understand that in the new world we live in due to the pandemic we are all on edge, however the behavior of the gentlemen at the the location is unacceptable

Went to the U-Haul, did everything online and went to pick up the key and the key wasnt in the lockbox. The app told me to go inside and talk to them in person. The guy inside told me he cancelled my reservation because he "didnt see me outside" when i was literally in my car feet away from the lockbox. Had issues doing it in person too, took a couple tries. Overall it took an hour just to pick up the truck, very frustrating
Make sure ALL employees are friendly to customers. SMILE
