The employee was kind and helpful and answered our questions. The location was easy to access. No complaints about the drop off location.

I never went inside so I do not know if it was clean and inviting. I dropped my vehicle off as they were closing but the attendant was nice.

Had no idea that there would be no one at the location to help me pick up the truck. That I would have to go to the website to set up an account to get a code to unlock a box to get a hey to be able to get the truck and play a game of "escape room". Because I was in a hurry to get the truck Saturday to get back to the house to meet people who were helping us move I did not write the start mileage not see how much gas was in the truck to start. We did not drive it far just in our little town, so I would be surprised if it was over 20 miles. But what I was surprised was putting over 13 gallons of gas in to fill it up. That tells me that it was not full when I got it. It will be a long time before I use UHaul or at least I will be U Haul Beware.

I picked up the truck on Saturday, July 13th. No one was at the pick-up site, so I used the mobile app for the pick-up. The location and the truck were fine, but the blankets I ordered were not in the truck when I picked it up.

This location was closed when we dropped off the truck so we didn’t see the inside but the outside was clean and inviting.

I never received my Dolly's that I ordered with my equipment. Not sure if they forgot or it was because they weren't open but didn't offer dollies and furniture pads if they aren't available

When checking with the Geneva road location about returning the truck and trailer, was told that if I dropped the trailer off at that location he was going to charge me $75 to take it somewhere else. Guy was nothing but an effing jerk. Should lose his U-Haul rental l franchise.

Picked up a truck on the weekend, site advertised to have counter hours 8-12 on Sat. No one was there. Did the online pickup, the website kept dropping. I called toll free number 5x before we got set up. Then the lock was in poor condition and had to use a pliers to get it open. Returning the truck was just as bad. Your website sucks!

Actually have the keys set aside. Don't charge twice. Actually refund and maybe care about your customers

My original site for pick up was changed.. so some confusion with on line only and no one to talk to.

Make sure your trucks are better maintained. My 20' truck loudly screeched the entire time. It was unbearable.
