Being it's a large yard area on a backroad that's easily located from where i live it is easy to drop off and has a bright orange Uhaul box on building to drop keys after hours . Only issue is it's crowded parking area is rough to park large trucks if no space since cars wiz past you . Emplpyee was nice and thanked me for dropping off.

WILLIAM STires at 40 on one side and 10 on the other wheel when I got the trailer home. Called the owner and he was partially helpful. I pumped up the tires at home to 60 and then one stayed and the other went to 45 in two hours. Dealer called his rep who was totally unhelpful. But after pumping to 60 the second time it stayed there. Large pain. Otherwise was ok.
ROBERT GIt was the beginning of very bad weather, things were as good as they could be. The gentleman that helps us was very friendly and helpful.

MICHAEL WThis is not against A&E Auto. They were great. The following day I reached out to U-Haul to ask for a donation of a truck to take supplies to North Carolina. Their marketing Co president turned us away. What would it cost U-HAUL, NOT A DAM THING! I worked for U-HAUL this was not an unusual request . I am so glad I left U-HAUL before I had to work for Clay the new MCP. You Sir are a scumbag and I am now a loyal Penske renter. F this marketing Co and you!
debra aThe motorcycle trailer had broken glass and spilled paint in it. So I had to clean it out. The location looked really run down. Trailer was parked in the dirt by the road.

ADAM BAlthough they helped with my load, they did not check my 1 7/8" ball that was loose. The interior of the trailer was clean , but the hitch hardware was rusty and of questionable safety. The trailer made it home , but I was concerned.
Antoine FGreat staff but the location left a LOT to be desired! I thought Google sent me to an abandoned scrap yard. Super busy roadway and there was no safe way to hook up to the trailer without being half way out in the middle of oncoming traffic.

BRUCE KI made the order online it was to be one way and drop off near my home but it was changed to return to where i got it and the price on line was less that the amount charged
Brian DAt the last minute, you changed where I was supposed to pick the trailer up, AND the second place didn't have any blankets.
James DThe owner wasn't there and my digital check in didn't list the location so I was unable to check in. A very nice guy at the location (which looked like a junk yard) helped me by talking to the owner on the phone. The place was dirty and kind of disgusting. The owner was rude to me and said that I was supposed to do digital check in but it was impossible with the location not listed. And…this was after I went to another location and they said that the truck I had reserved was in a minor accident so he sent me to the junkyard one. By this time my movers were at my house and being paid by the hour for doing nothing. Such a nightmare!

Joseph Pno issue with location, however I got like 2 text messages and an email , stating I had not returned the vechile on time etc. I did maybe they location could use one of the key boxes that tracks you return time?
