Although the vehicle was really dirty and upon pickup had no washer fluid (which is actually against vehicle inspection regulations for the state of pa) i picked it up and enjoyed it very much. I didnt get any extra cleaning charges that im aware of so thats good. Loved the location and they were very attentive to me upon drop off and pickup. And were very kind.

Very understanding about my ability to park.
Dustin SThe rental associates were kind and straightforward as can be. My star review is not a reflection of how the people are, but of how the location appears, as requested by the questionnaire. The trailer was clean, yes, but I would not consider it to have been maintained. Only the tire balance is my critique for this rental. The body of the trailer was just fine; it’s rather difficult to fall into disrepair, but the wheels/tires must’ve had something invisibly wrong with them. They visibly seemed to be in good condition, no cracks and proper air pressure, but the ride down the road was bone shaking to say the least.

LuAnn BThere was nobody there to help or direct you. There was no parking for the rental truck, lot was full of junk cars and U-Haul trucks. Key drop was blocked by a pile of tires. I wasn’t able to put pictures in the app and it just closed out my rental. I tried to find someone to help me or answer questions about that part. Nobody on site.
