Nobody was on duty at all, so i had to use remote pickup. The vehicles were parked too close together, and it was very tricky getting in and out. The pickup instructions said to look for "box 5" but there were only two lock boxes. I had to call to find out that the keys were locked in the vehicle.

Kadie PVery tight spacing. There seems to be a repair shop right across and the people there kept driving around the parking area and wouldn't let us park when we asked. They seem to be enjoying us struggle with parking which was very frustrating. I would never return to this location.

Troy MWhen arrived nobody was able to help me, office was closed so I had to call the 1-800 customer service line to help with my reservation because the reservation I had made was not showing up on my app. I lost 50 min all because I was on the phone with customer service trying to get my reservation to show up on the app and then go through the whole check in process. The rep had to change my reservation from 10 am to 10:45 but it was really frustrating.
Alicia LThe safety of the driver should be important. The driver side mirror is leaning and hard to see out of. I personally feel someone of staff should check the trucks before allowing someone else to get in them. The truck was full of ashes, with a pack of cigarettes left behind. All of this could have fell on me being charged a cleaning fee which is not ok.

Tamika SIt was frustrating hard to use the truck share option as there was no barcode on site to scan for location recognition, and the instructions indicated "lock box 4" for the key pick up , but there was no lock box 4. . I looked around everywhere and couldn't find it and finally found the lock on the cargo opening. Need better instructions. Owner is nice though.

DARRYL BThe rental and location was fine. But after I've already rented and returned the trailer, I am still receiving email about my upcoming reservation and how to check-in online. It's confusing and wrong. The website is also a bit cumbersome and difficult to navigate. Also, the online check out process where you try to sell like 5-10 extra services and somewhat hide the "no thanks" (next button) is pretty annoying.

Shaquita MThis is the most unprofessional dealer I have ever dealt with a day in my life. These people failed to properly do their job. I rented a trailer from Texas to California. In the midst of me driving, the dealer contacted me and stated that the trailer was stolen and that I needed to take a photo of the trailer hooked up to my vehicle so they can make sure it's not stolen. Being the cop that I am I ran the plate of the trailer and it was not stolen. I called uhaul as I was parked onside of a busy highway for 3 hours trying to get to the bottom of the situation. After speaking with a representative of uhaul, she stated she does not know why the dealer would have said that but the trailer is not stolen and advised me not to send a photo because they were supposed to take a photo and they did not. It sounded like they tried to cover their mistake by telling me a lie and sending a photo so they would not get in trouble. It inconvenienced me a great deal and when I spoke with the Manger, I'm not gonna mention any names (Gilbert) ..I told him the situation and I stated to him I needed to be refunded fully for the rental because of what I went through and he stated that he would and on top give me a $50 certificate. Well when I called back about the refund, he stated that he never said that I could get a full refund but he could send me the certificate. He was rude and unprofessional. So technically I was paid $50 of hush money and nothing else while the dealer got a slap on the wrist. Un freaking beliveable..never again!!!!! The worst customer service and I'm highly disappointed in uhaul..PISS POOR SERVICE
