Our original reservation at our original location. Was canceled when we got the so we had to go to this second location, which was good and close but very inconvenient. We then we not able to reserve without book another one because an issue fee with a previous reservation, which we were told would not be an issue which would not effect our current reservation. It was a mess, especially in the evening after traveling so long. Then the app was super slow even though our 5G connection was full bars. We had to call customer service several time to straighten things out. It was a stressful situation. Returning was also a hassle. The app didnt register our return process. I had to do it several times, call to verify, no instructions where the key box was until chat customer service showed a picture of the location. Please improve app and reservations.
