I have called on this particular location several times and each time have found them to have friendly staff and excellent service.
DONNA QOne of the best and easiest rentals experience I've ever had.
JAMES GTruck had trash and mud inside. Personnel was on a personal phone call when we arrived at 2:40 to reserve a truck. When she got Off she said "we are closed" I asked what time they closed cause the door said 3. So she then said well I guess we do have. Few minutes and took the reservation. We were superior Pickup at 8:30 am and she called at 8 M to say she couldn't be there to give us the key until 9. When we took the truck back early it was 2:17 pm and no one was at the place to check it in.

CECIL GI was charged $25 for coverage that I did not ask for but did not realize it until I was checking email to see where you return the trailer. Very unhappy that these trailers do not have any type of lights on them that stay lit while hauling. Yes, they have blinkers and brake lights, but no light that stays on while pulling the trailers Or, maybe it was like the last trailer I rented and they did not work. Extremely dangerous if you ask me for the trailer to not be lit up in any way while pulling it at night. .

DOUGLAS ATrailer was dirty. I had to buy a broom before I was able to place my items in the trailer. The floor was extremely dirty
GEOFFREY RThey were late opening the location. Myself and three other customers were waiting when they arrived. Then the computer didn't work so it was a slow process getting the trailer.
LARRY MMake sure the owner does not talk condescending to their customers. I am a widowed single mother of six boys, and I was cleaning out my mom's apartment after 14 years, and having to go through 78 years of belongings. I had to do this by myself, with the help of two sons, while my 8 year old son was also sick at the time. My widowed mother has bone cancer, and is currently in a nursing home and I was having to take care of all of this all by myself. She tried to talk condescendingly to me as if it was my problem that she overbooked the van that I was a little bit late with. There were several vans on the property, and she should not have double booked one that was already out in use. I was driving her equipment, and being very focused and not answering the phone, trying to get the U-Haul back in time as much as possible. If you would like to give me a widowed and fatherless discount, I would gladly take it.

COURTNEY DAgain, local representative was excellent. However, the check-in via the App was a nightmare and took forever to move through the process. I finally gave up. I returned the truck clean, damage-free and filled up with fuel.

CARLA BI got to UHAUL at 5:30am could not connect spoke with several UHAUL agents neither could help resolve the issue. Then one representative wanted me to drive 46 mos away because that UHAUL was open by then it was 7 am I said no then that means I would have to drive an hour to my destination. So I had to wait until UHAUL open at 8 to get a truck and my help I felt bad because the guy that came with me to help he and I lost a total of 13 hours waiting on on UHAUL app. We should have been back home by 10-11am, but instead we got back about 2:30-3 pm….I had to wait 3 hours because the internet had a bad connection and I could not connect with the online UHAUL app. UHAUL either need to have internet connection or come up with having a 24 hour agent available. The UHAUL was dusty

James AThe truck was misfiring and in desperate need of repairs! They held a deposit, which I was fine with, but when the deposit was refunded, the same amount was immediately charged to my card again! I have used other U-Haul locations in the past and never had this problem before. I will pay a little more and just use Penske next time.
Nathan NCharged me $50 extra dollars for not filing back up only 7 miles worth of Gas. That’s ridiculous

Sabina WI did not get the either appliance dolly or Utility dolly. I was not notified that wouldn't be getting these items or that I could pick up at another location. This location is closed on Sunday so we used the lock box. Point being if person was at location we could have discussed. It made our move very difficult. I did call and will be getting a refund for these 2 items.

Teddy TImprove the app. I was on location at 3:40pm for a 3:30 pickup. It took over an before getting the keys. The app was nearly unresponsive. I called Uhaul & was transferred to voice mail- to try to get processed. Very disappointed.

Dylan GThis location had absolutely no service in the parking lot. It made online checkin almost impossible. It took us 30 minutes+ to finally find one spot in the parking lot to get service on three different phones. I do not think this location should offer online pickup.

HEATHER WThey had horrid reviews. I was told I didn't need to worry and that if the truck or DOLLY wasn't there that they'd make sure to have one at another location. Guess what? No dolly. And Norman with customer service (called as soon as I realized there was zero dolly) was a jerk without manners. Said to go across town and they'd have one. Didn't wanna call to confirm they were open nor that since I already paid that I wouldn't be charged. Guess what? Second location was closed too. Called and spoke to a sweet girl named Brianna and she was gonna send me to yet ANOTHER location, no thanks. Have u seen fuel prices Uhaul? All because this location did a poor job at getting the equipment ready. I fully get their ratings now. It took me from 1pm-2:30 to realize I wasn't getting what I paid for. And Traffic refused to extend the rental the time it took me to run around town to get equipment I never got. Good job Kit Above smh
Katrina VCleaning windshield on the truck prior to rental would be nice because I am too short to reach it and it was so dirty it made it hard to see. Otherwise this was a great experience and the staff was great to work with.
Sheri TWent to rent the truck on Wednesday and office was closed for lunch. Came back before 3:00 PM and office had closed early. Had to change my plans and change my pick up appointment for the items I was going to get. Rented the truck om line after that. U-Haul should be embarrassed to rent the truck out that I received. Truck was beat to hell - took about 10 pictures to make sure I wasn't cited for any of that damage. I only had a short run - about 44 miles each way. Truck beat me to death - the ride was horrible. The drivers mirror vibrated so bad you could not tell what lane any cars were in looking at it. When you applied the brakes, the truck pulled so hard to the right that you would have to compensate using the steering. My other experiences with U-Haul were nothing like this and have always been good. Hate to trash them for this one incident, but it was pretty bad.
Dominic MMake sure all lights are working . I had turn signal not working . Everything other than that was very good.I called a different location and they found me a car dolly at another location and reserved it for me.
ROBERT GRepair your website and processing. The people were great. What they have to work with is pathetic. It took 2 HOURS OF WAITING ON THE SYSTEM TO TRY TO PROCESS!!!! Bless the kind lady who had to deal with 4 customers during this time! Get it together! You cannot expect people to continue working like this, it is absurd. You have a world reknown company, you make profit, you have the customer base, stop being greedy and UPDATE!
