The truck was not maintained properly, the headliner inside the cab was falling down, the back was full of hair and filth like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, the truck was beat up, the right blinker did not work unless you turned off the headlights, and the engine struggled to run like it should on the highway, the appliance and furniture dolly's I ordered weren't even on the truck with my mobile pick up, and my disputed charges were not granted from the location even though I had shown the pictures of the lack of equipment that I paid for. I disputed the charges through Uhaul chat today and got my refund through their corporate office instead. I wouldn't trust carrying styrofoam in the back of this piece of crap nor trust the franchise owners to read an order form properly. Look elsewhere, you'll thank me later.

Mark R.Whenever I create an order online, I select no insurance. When I go to pick up the rental an insurance fee is added to it. The lady at my rental location Kut Above said that the system automatically adds the insurance. I don't appreciate the contract being changed either by your system or by her. I complained about this last time and your system said a manager would respond to me in 2 days and they never did. This is a deceptive practice either by your system or by your affiliate that needs to be corrected.

Jody D.The location was OK. Issue is with the auto transporter itself. I had to go out and get some WD-40 to apply to the rachet equipment due to the amount of rust forming on the mechanism. The rachet would barely work until I took the time to lubricate it. Also, not having a pro-rated fee if one is going to be bit late returning the trailer is not cool. We were able to get it back in time, but I called customer service to let them know I might be a few minutes late due to weather conditions. I was told if I was late, I would be charged an extra day. That is poor business by U-Haul. If I am an hour late and you charge me an extra $10 - understood. To be charged another $54 for an hour late is ridiculous.....especially since I had to go buy the WD-40!!!!

Brenda K.Using the 24 hours app to drop off the truck is easy and painless. It takes a few minutes to go through the steps but was able to do it on our timetable and return it when we were finished and not have to wait until the business was open. The app works great. The humans and customer no-service I dealt with were not well trained or downright rude. I recommend going to an official U-Haul location and NOT using someone that happens to rent a truck now and then.

S-hooks did not go onto truck hitch… man just set them onto hitch & the chains scraped the pavement… another car stopped to help me but the hooks were too small to hook onto hitch. Man was not at all helpful at rental store! He also had to half-heartedly sweep the trailer before I took off with it.

I had to wait over an hour for the key and they gave me the wrong size rental. It was a HORRIBLE experience overall. I will never use uhaul again, nor would I recommend.

Harold B.When I reserved online it didn't provide a return time just a return date. I was expected to return the Uhaul before I could and because of that I was charged an extra day. It would have been nice to know the time when I made the reservation not the moment I picked the vehicle up.
