I did not get the either appliance dolly or Utility dolly. I was not notified that wouldn't be getting these items or that I could pick up at another location. This location is closed on Sunday so we used the lock box. Point being if person was at location we could have discussed. It made our move very difficult. I did call and will be getting a refund for these 2 items.

Dylan GreenThis location had absolutely no service in the parking lot. It made online checkin almost impossible. It took us 30 minutes+ to finally find one spot in the parking lot to get service on three different phones. I do not think this location should offer online pickup.

HEATHER WHITTENThey had horrid reviews. I was told I didn't need to worry and that if the truck or DOLLY wasn't there that they'd make sure to have one at another location. Guess what? No dolly. And Norman with customer service (called as soon as I realized there was zero dolly) was a jerk without manners. Said to go across town and they'd have one. Didn't wanna call to confirm they were open nor that since I already paid that I wouldn't be charged. Guess what? Second location was closed too. Called and spoke to a sweet girl named Brianna and she was gonna send me to yet ANOTHER location, no thanks. Have u seen fuel prices Uhaul? All because this location did a poor job at getting the equipment ready. I fully get their ratings now. It took me from 1pm-2:30 to realize I wasn't getting what I paid for. And Traffic refused to extend the rental the time it took me to run around town to get equipment I never got. Good job Kit Above smh
Katrina VangrandtCleaning windshield on the truck prior to rental would be nice because I am too short to reach it and it was so dirty it made it hard to see. Otherwise this was a great experience and the staff was great to work with.
Sheri TimsWent to rent the truck on Wednesday and office was closed for lunch. Came back before 3:00 PM and office had closed early. Had to change my plans and change my pick up appointment for the items I was going to get. Rented the truck om line after that. U-Haul should be embarrassed to rent the truck out that I received. Truck was beat to hell - took about 10 pictures to make sure I wasn't cited for any of that damage. I only had a short run - about 44 miles each way. Truck beat me to death - the ride was horrible. The drivers mirror vibrated so bad you could not tell what lane any cars were in looking at it. When you applied the brakes, the truck pulled so hard to the right that you would have to compensate using the steering. My other experiences with U-Haul were nothing like this and have always been good. Hate to trash them for this one incident, but it was pretty bad.

ROBERT GEORGERepair your website and processing. The people were great. What they have to work with is pathetic. It took 2 HOURS OF WAITING ON THE SYSTEM TO TRY TO PROCESS!!!! Bless the kind lady who had to deal with 4 customers during this time! Get it together! You cannot expect people to continue working like this, it is absurd. You have a world reknown company, you make profit, you have the customer base, stop being greedy and UPDATE!
Ronald ElliottU-Haul should have Wi-Fi at each location to help with poor service at site. I have att for my service provider and could not accomplish self checkout due to poor service. In my opinion if you are pushing self checkout then have a service to use. Totally frustrating had to wait for opening of office. This just about turned me off U-Haul.

Michael DeveauxThe truck had no air conditioning, the interior cab was falling apart. The truck was old and did not handle well at all. Check oil light was on. I don't think they pay any attention to the trucks they get in. There was multiple sights of exterior damage that they had not mentioned so I had to take multiple picture before renting.

Tom CardenThe truck was not maintained properly, the headliner inside the cab was falling down, the back was full of hair and filth like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, the truck was beat up, the right blinker did not work unless you turned off the headlights, and the engine struggled to run like it should on the highway, the appliance and furniture dolly's I ordered weren't even on the truck with my mobile pick up, and my disputed charges were not granted from the location even though I had shown the pictures of the lack of equipment that I paid for. I disputed the charges through Uhaul chat today and got my refund through their corporate office instead. I wouldn't trust carrying styrofoam in the back of this piece of crap nor trust the franchise owners to read an order form properly. Look elsewhere, you'll thank me later.

Mark RisenWhenever I create an order online, I select no insurance. When I go to pick up the rental an insurance fee is added to it. The lady at my rental location Kut Above said that the system automatically adds the insurance. I don't appreciate the contract being changed either by your system or by her. I complained about this last time and your system said a manager would respond to me in 2 days and they never did. This is a deceptive practice either by your system or by your affiliate that needs to be corrected.

Jody DolesThe location was OK. Issue is with the auto transporter itself. I had to go out and get some WD-40 to apply to the rachet equipment due to the amount of rust forming on the mechanism. The rachet would barely work until I took the time to lubricate it. Also, not having a pro-rated fee if one is going to be bit late returning the trailer is not cool. We were able to get it back in time, but I called customer service to let them know I might be a few minutes late due to weather conditions. I was told if I was late, I would be charged an extra day. That is poor business by U-Haul. If I am an hour late and you charge me an extra $10 - understood. To be charged another $54 for an hour late is ridiculous.....especially since I had to go buy the WD-40!!!!

Brenda KeeneyUsing the 24 hours app to drop off the truck is easy and painless. It takes a few minutes to go through the steps but was able to do it on our timetable and return it when we were finished and not have to wait until the business was open. The app works great. The humans and customer no-service I dealt with were not well trained or downright rude. I recommend going to an official U-Haul location and NOT using someone that happens to rent a truck now and then.

Keith HooverI was charged $12,65 for 2 gallons of gasoline when I left the tank/gauge EXACTLY where it was when I rented it. That's what I was told to do when I rented it. I did it, yet still got charged. I expect a credit.
