Seemed unprofessional and uninviting. Dolly was subpar. Blankets were just tossed in, not folded.

Robert THorrible communication, didn't have the best attitude and just overall effort/level of care was poor. Yard/business was filthy and looked like a storm scattered all kinds of random stuff (engines,parts,tools, batteries, etc) I reckon it makes sense as he (owner) did tell me is he makes practically nothing ($ wise) from the U-Haul segment of the business, so maybe that's why things happened the way they did. Nothing personal against the man himself, maybe he was just having a bad day, but I've rented trailers a few times and this time it just didn't feel like there was much care, courtesy or professionalism at all. I will rent privately from friends or from companies like Sunbelt or United Rentals/comparable equivalents moving. And I'm glad I didn't choose a "storage partner of u-Haul" like website offered especially after this. And honestly, this is probably the first time in my life I'm leaving a negative review. I've been in sales/service at the highest levels you can in pro sports and Fortune 500, and hospitality/bar as well. I always try to empathize and remain positive, reasonable and open-minded. And I'm sorry this time I just couldn't hold it in or stomach this experience.

luis NI believe there should be price breaks for car haulers used for extended periods of time.
Robert LI understand that it is a private contract but it was a little bit scary for a place for women to be by themselves to drop off at this location. The one guy was very nice and helpful the other guy looked shady.
Raymond BBoth employees did a great job in assisting us and were very personable and professional.
GUILLERMO HVery friendly and helpful, a little more room for maneuvering would be good.

William CThe drop of location personnel were very nice. They were amazed that the truck was still in use. I told them that in addition to the entire double tire blow out issue, that the motor mounts were bad, the entire steering system was shot with most likely bad control arms and faulty ball joints. They said they would be calling a mechanic to look at it. I told them that my lawyer would be contacting them for the records, just as he will be contacting the tire service company that fixed the two blown tires on a major highway in Florida. U-Haul should be ashamed of putting the lives of myself who drove this POS and the lives of my family who were driving behind me at risk like this. Then again, squeeze every last penny out of your inventory without regard to human life is probably in your Mission Statement.
David rGentlemen were very nice and glad to get the truck. Did not pass a gas station taking the truck in, The boss man gave directions to nearby gas station. Thanks for the help.

charles cVehicle insurance $14 was added without my approval. My State Farm insurance representative assured me my auto insurance covered a UHaul truck of this size and encouraged me to NOT spend $14 for unneeded insurance. Also, I was told that for me to purchase replacement gas was not an option, I was told the gas gauge marking was the only way to handle it. My opinion is that the returned vehicle gas gauge reading was inaccurate. The location owner and I went back out to the truck and he agreed that I I correct. The reading was as I said, much higher than what he had put on the rental agreement. This resulted in increased cost of the rental.
michael mSign in card reader is well worn allowing the cards to go too far in and sometimes does not read.
