Delmar J.There was a total lack of communication between Uhaul, myself and the dealer. The rude person who called me from Fargo to confirm my reservation hung up on me instead of answering my questions about how to pick up from this new site. So I had no idea that I was doing a computer pick-up. So we wasted 45 minutes waiting for the dealer to open. PLEASE make a self pickup clear to the next person so they don't have to waste their time.

Christine O.This by far was the worst Uhual experience I have ever had. The online reservation system was a complete failure. I ended up having to call and correct the many issues and verify if I was even going to be able to get the equipment I reserved. Upon pick up, the agent showed up 30 minutes late to thier business because he and that Uhual did not inform him that he had a reservation for this morning. Upon check in, the GPS locator failed to operate correctly so I had to call once again to correct yet another issue. All in all, I have spent just short of 90 minutes either waiting on hold to speak to a custome rep or giving details of the many errors that have taken place for this particular rental reservation.

Nate V.There was no one on site when I dropped the trailer off. The area was cluttered and poorly marked. There were several doors that were all locked and no sign as to where to go for U-Haul transactions. Lights were on inside all areas of the building where I could see inside, but no one came to any of the doors when I knocked. When I tried to use the online return feature it failed to complete three times in a row. I answered all questions, made my location available and added pictures. After that the "Continue" bar did not activate and I was stuck on that page. The trailer was great and the person at the pickup site was great as well. I had a problem with the trailer lights and found the app and people very helpful in dealing with the problem. As I waited for assistance to arrive, I went through all of the connections to make sure they were tight, and after that the lights worked fine. When I tried to use the app to cancel the service person, it would not complete the transaction. I used the "change my location" feature to reach the business who had someone responding to my issue and was able to notify them before the service person arrives. I suggest the app needs some attention to ensure all features work properly. Overall, I am very happy with U-Haul and will continue to use your services. Merci.
Patrick H.Truck was muddy in the cab, seats were dirty and the windows were also dirty on the inside. The box of the truck had not been swept out either. The office where I picked up the truck was a mess, I had to walk around unfolded blankets and multiple other things to get to the desk. Had to walk by a broken and busted battery by where the truck was parked. Very disappointed.
Eric H.I parked neatly next to the other equipment & could unhook/unstrap the tow dolly myself safely. The location had two key drops which were accommodating if I choose that after hours or returned truck to recieve my vehicle the next morning.
Lance H.The facility was dirty, the truck had not been cleaned and 1/2 of the packing blankets were clean & in plastic bags, but the other half were loose, dirty and dumped in the back. Also, I had requested a different location for picking up a 15' truck but was redirected to this location and given a specific ID 20' truck.

Damian M.For starters, when I pay for furniture pads and a few moving dollies I expect to receive them or a communication if for some reason they are not available. Instead, I received nothing and no communication. I had to go and buy them from Home Depot. Spend 1,5 hours on the phone trying to get a refund only to be told by customer service that they "would check with the dealer on it." So... I have paid for a product that I have never received and spent a shit load of time on the phone to be told, basically, that they didn't believe me. -2 stars.
Mark W.This should not be a viable drop off location. There is no suitable, safe place to drop off equipment. This should be removed from the list as a viable option. I have been trying to contact UHaul all weekend, and there is no response.

Daniel W.When I arrived to drop off trailer, I had to search out staff after waiting for five minutes, I was told to just unhook the the trailer and he would check it in after a while. I took pictures with my cell phone for proof that everything was ok with the trailer.
DAVID M.Truck was not cleaned inside or out. Garbage in truck consisted of empty cans and bottles. Used masks and food on floor. Inside of truck was very dirty yet. Was not even cleaned. I do not think it was even looked at. The out side of the truck was dirty and when I got to the house to load the truck i found 4 of the 6 tires were so bad they need to be changed. I would not have made it 100 miles on the tires. I am very Thankful for U haul road assistance that got me a service truck in an hour to replace all 4 tires. We had trouble with the AC and the ignition switch. They both need work. I did not even get a receipt for the bill.
Donald H.The office was filthy with junk everywhere. My husband stepped on a piece of a broken fluorescent bulb on the floor. The man behind the counter was playing on his phone when we arrived and seemed completely disinterested. I can't even begin to describe how bad the bathroom was.

DAVID H.The pick up location was dirty. I do not approve of the pick up location being changed without my input. There was a reason why I selected the original pick up point and not the pick up point that U Haul changed while en route to pick up the truck. The inside of the truck was dirty. There was liquid residue on the cup holders and a splatter of dried liquid on the inside of the windshield in front of the driver seat. Found an empty bottle behind the driver seat. When I opened the back of the truck, there was trash inside.

DAVID P.The location was not provided the 3 dozen furniture blankets that I had ordered. They only had six blankets. Since I did not receive the amount of blankets that I ordered, my furniture was damaged.
Elliot K.The location and personnel were good. However, we attempted to pick up the truck before hours and the 24/7 system was down. We had to wait for it to come back on line and had to delay two sets of movers and get a later start because of it. I suggest you get a alternative system in place so you can take care of your customers when they need the equipment ASAP. Not happy about that!!
Terence L.Our pickup time was changed to 2,5 hours later at the last minute. We had to call & try to get a different pickup location which took us to A Plus Auto Techs. It also wasn't explained very well that we had to check in online so we were surprised to get to the location & find nobody in the office.
