Wonderful experience from beginning to end of my tenancy! Chris and Michael provide outstanding customer service and go above and beyond the scope of duties - I highly recommend this location and staff - very satisfied.

ROSSI LOur dollies that we selected with our truck were not there when we picked up the truck so we had to go to another location to pick them up. We had a mobile app reservation so we had to call customer service and that took a considerable amount of time. This added difficulty to an already hard to coordinate day.

charles wCan not think of her name. She has short blondish hair. She works both storage properties one on Deberry another on VanBuren in Grand Terrace. I have been a customer for 17 months. Owners need to know and Thank her. Let me tell you. You are so so LUCKY to have her as an employee. This women is ALWAYS pleasant, kind, courteous, helpful. Explains contracts , the do's don'ts, hours. She is thorough. She has been helpful to me more than once. Had to rent a second unit quickly. She made it happen. Yesterday December 14,2022. Last minute I needed a uhaul. For about 6 hours. She made it happen. I gave my 15 day notice. She provided the proper document. Reminded me. I had to take it to the VanBuren location. B/C that is where my unit is. I have worked with the public for over 40 years. I have seen a lot. Anyhow…People are so quick to complain. Rarely do people take a moment to Complement . 0n a scale of 1-10 She is an eleven. I hope you take the time to let her know what an asset she is to your business. BENJAMIN MYes, I did recently rent a truck from u-haul. It was clean and did the job but it had a terrible knock coming from front driver side wheel. I also had included an appliance dolly in the reservation but when I got to my storage unit with the truck, it wasn't in there. My fault for not checking before I left the facility. Not sure if I was still charged for it or not.
heidi sWell first, I drove an extra 6 miles to pick up the truck I requested. I guess I have to deal with that. But when turning the vehicle in I go over 1,5 miles and I'm charged an additional 65 cents..... really guys? The cherry on top, I leave the truck with more gas than I had when receiving it. You would think the pictures alone would say leave the 65 cents off. So disappointed

Betty SIt would be helpful to note in instructions to customers that they will have to go inside of office to speak to an attendant. That clarification would avoid customer standing outside wondering how to get access to vehicle.
Miguel RWhen I returned the truck Rosemary was very understanding. I'm a disabled person and I was a few minutes late I was so afraid I would be charged an extra day. Rosemary was very nice and patient and I was not charged an extra day. I was very pleased with the service. If needed I will rent from this location again.

Jerry MGive what the customer ask for. If I need i dolly I would like to get a dolly not told that the van I rented didn't need a dolly because it didn't had a ramp. I call customer services and they were no help at all as well.
Oscar VI was over charged. The reservation i made was switched n i had to pay the mileage difference. I tried explaining when i got to the place but there was a communication level difference. I will be contacting corporate on Monday morning July 15th.
Dylan LAlthough the person who helped me at the front desk was pleasant, I was really disappointed that the initial location I had chosen was changed on me the day before. I had specifically picked that location since it was close to my house and thus would be minimal on gas use. Instead, I was sent to a storage location in Grand Terrace. Additionally, the truck windshield was very dirty/dusty and there was no way to wash or clean it upon receiving it (dirty windshield is a safety hazard!). Overall, very disappointed with the way my trip started. The location I had originally selected on Spruce had a large car wash area that could have served as helpful had I been able to pick up the uhaul from there as originally planned.
Miranda MMy uhaul truck was dirty and the price online to reserve it, is different from the one I got charged when I walked in to get my reserved uhaul truck.
Mary EUHaul online is very disappointing & I will not ever use or recommend ' A Storage Staff is wonderful & I will recommend their storage service. Uhaul online causes me to pay a Extra day ' due to return facility was closed! On my return date' though facility fully disclosed on uhaul online the exemption of being closed on my schedule return date to Uhaul' Uhaul did not disclose to me! Such bad customer service on Uhaul company' this company really needs to disclose this online before we the customer set up our rental. I will never recommend or use Uhaul.

Tucker BMore emphasis on customer service. Cleaner vehicle (because I was charged $25 cleaning fee for returning the vehicle the same way I picked it up). Better communication with drop off and pick up locations. My recent rental experience was not a good one at all.

michael lThe truck was on empty, the tire was flat and the check engine light was on. The staff member told me that the light had been on for days and not to worry about it.

Andrew YUnfortunately when we arrived to pick up the equipment the internet was down. The staff said there was nothing she could do, couldn't pick up the truck, and had turned away three customers so far (10:00am). Fortunately we called 1800gouhaul and the representative was able to do everything on the computer on her side so we were able to eventually pick up the equipment. Side note, there was a break in to one of the RV's stored on the lot and we had to work around the police activity.
OLGA AAlways make reservations before hand like I did. Then it's simple paperwork after that.

Marcella JI made my reservation at 9795 e foothill blvd in rancho last Tuesday which had me pick up my truck at mountain view small auto repair on saturday. I arrived at the agreed time at 830am and there was NO RECORD of my reservation which delayed my move by almost 4 hours. This was VERY INCONVENIENT considering I went out of my way to reserve a truck on TUESDAY
Johnathan TWent to drop off the truck and they were closed with the gate chain locked. Had to return and was unable to find the U-haul office. Other than that, the transaction was smooth.
