Make sure trucks tire are inflated properly so next customer doesn't have to go around to look for station to inflate tires. Hose down truck bed so it doesn't smell bad. Train attendants to be friendly, helpful & courteous to customers. I will not go back to this U-Haul station again. I lost time just looking for station to inflate tired & ruined start of my day dealing with U-Haul attendant. Will not rent in this U-Haul facility again

Have clean, ready to pick up rentals. The outside and inside was very dirty. Desk person had to sweep the inside before I would take it. The truck was also making loud engine noise. Wasn't sure if it was going to make it to my destination.
