I was told the gas tank was full. I drove the truck up and pointed it out to the manager the level of the fuel gauge. Needless to say it costs me 26 dollars to go 20 miles and when I pointed out this fact the response was "you didn't have to fill up it up. Not fair practice and seemed like a stock answer. She knew and didn't care!

HUNTER JStaff were very rude! After returning the vehicle they added additional charges on our rental for "cleaning". Going from a cold weather city where there is salt and snow to a warmer southern area they were unfamiliar with "white dust" which was salt debris not dirt. We were other charged. for other things that we had to dispute with corporate. They made it very clear that they were a storage facility and not a haul center. Did not provide any assistance with removing the hitch from truck either. Told us to watch a YouTube video.

KOFFI AThis company falsely charged me $189 after giving me the truck on E. I returned it back on E, took photos before and after…only for them to take more money out of my account after speaking with the manager. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog…and it smells awful, you can definitely tell no one is cleaning and there are many animals that live on this property
PORSCHAE AWas very fast and efficient as I've ever seen before. Truck was very clean and good on gas so I put a bit more in than what I was supposed to. J'ai été très impressionné.
BETTY HAnywhere else I've rented a trailer, someone from U-Haul attached the trailer. Her, we had to do it ourselves.

Charles LI was overcharged for my mileage. I drove 30 miles but was charged for 50 miles. The driver's side rear tire air pressure was very low. Upon picking up the truck, I was asked for an estimate on the miles, and I said roughly 50 miles, but it will most likely be less than that. When I returned the truck, I informed the female employee of the actual mileage used, and she said okay. I returned the truck early and didn't drive as far as I thought I would. Later that evening I received my bill and the mileage was billed at 50 miles.
JEROME MI didn't deal with anybody. However, y'all need t cut that grass down in the back OR don't accept returns of 26' its really hard to take photos once I'm parked.
Kalin A1. The location looks like a junkyard 2.. I was asked to pay 35$ gas finally for all the bloody service that I received. 3. Raising the case wasted 25 mins of mine

ELDON GNobody cleaned the trailer. I had to attach it myself before finding out the lights didn't work. Got a different trailer ( attached and unattached it myself again). They were closed on the day I returned it. I was no impressed. They need to visit the location on pleasant hill to see how it's done.

RODRIGO VFront brakes wanted to jerk to the right when nearing a stop. Should be looked at. Truck had nearly 116 000 miles on it. Are they normally kept that long? Overall a good rental for what I needed to do.

Taewook LMake sure ordered supplies are place in the truck, I ordered several and there was nothing in the truck, also the truck is not sealed and the rain got into the truck and 2 of my mattresses got al wet and dirty and also my recliner
Isabel FI was charged for two gallons of gas when I returned the truck even though I went 20 miles and out a gallon of gas in it before I dropped it off. I didn't take a picture of the gas and the employees charged me for two gallons of gas even though it had more gas in it then when I got it. Horrible the lady at the storage scammed me out of 10 for gas when it was clearly not below the amount it had when I drove off. But obviously my fault for not taking a picture to prove where the gas was. Extremely frustrating and will not rent again.

CHRISTIAN VThis particular U-Haul business wasn't good or helpful to my needs . The order that I placed on line, wasn't available when I went to pick the truck up. There was no dolly, the furniture covers, nor the furniture dolly. When I asked the guy behind the counter, he acted as if he didn't care. I have rented uhauls a few times and I remember dollys do come with the truck. Very dissatisfied with U-Haul right now.

james tWas very pleased with the man I met upon picking up U- haul ( Dakota ) he helped answer my questions and concerns because I was / am nervous about digital app usage !! Had a problem after returning truck and dropped key off, I was not sure how to use app so I did not finish the return process via the app and instead of someone calling me to ask what was going on or why . The manager chose to just bill me for additional days and when I called she told me It was not her problem and to call corporate!! I called corporate and shared what took place and was refunded the additional add on billed dates.. U-haul corporate was amazing to work with and communication was excellent.. in future I will have to learn how to use app to return truck or you are left without any help except to call corporate..
CRAIG DRevamp all the trailers to include a built-in jack to make removing these heavy things on and off. Luckily my pick up place had a device, though tricky, to use to lift the heavy trailer.

Nelson AOffice smells, trailer inside was dirty and greasy from car parts? No one to help load the trailer onto my truck, luckily I'm familiar with trailers. Never again, I'll drive an extra 30 minutes to not pick up from here.
Rich BThe young woman, Neicy who assisted me was so kind and patient. The other young lady was nice as well. But, I mostly dealt with Neicy. Even though she is near her delivery date of her baby. She was so caring. I hope she is recognized by the company for creating a great experience for your customers.
Karen MIt was a process to get the key. The mobile checking is horrible. This wasn't my original pickup location. And they changed my original price. It's was a horrible experience. I been using this since 2008. But I will know longer do business with uhaul. And your mover's service was terrible as well
