I would not recommend Uhaul to no one, I reserved my rental 2months in advance. You guys changed my location. I called to confirm the location and they said they wouldn't be able to see my reservation until the day of pickup. I called several times to confirm my rental and was told it will be available the day of my reservation. The day of my reservation I received a call stating my Uhaul will not be available until 5:30pm my event time was 5pm. You guys sent me to another location and when I got to the new location they said they didn't have any UHAUL trucks. I was on the phone forever trying to get help. Finally, the lady found a truck at the mini storage location. The rep at the mini storage was very nice & helpful but Uhaul sucks. I returned my truck to the location it said on the website which was the wrong location. I called customer service and Teresa was very rude and nasty. She kept saying the return location is on my contract which it was notâ€¦ it only showed that I picked it up there. I based the return on what you guys had on my account. I ended up being late because of that and you guys charged me $27 . I hate Uhaul and will be use you guys again. I will never recommend you guys to anyone. This has been the worst experience ever. The lady (not Teresa) claim she was going to give me a $50 reservation credit and of course I didn't get it.Stacy O.
The team member was professional and polite gave us the information we needed provide us with insurance and contract for vehicle. We got the vehicle got our job done and returned it by 1:30 pm at convenience of key drop. The contract was adjusted for the fewer miles we drove and a final receipt was emailed to Me thanks for a pleasant no hassle experienceDONALD L.
I do believe they may need to work on their customer service. I dropped off vehicle and trailer. But I was also told I have to park trailer in its proper parking spot and the vehicle as well. And if I couldn't do that then I had to go to another location. Very poor service. I should been able to drop off and not have to do that.Jose Y.
Arrived to someone's residence..very dark and uninviting feeling..other uhaul trailer and a truck was on-site so I figured I was in the right drop location...a female begins yelling down from the patio to separate trailer and truck..I told her I didn't put it together and wasn't sure how to separate the unit..she said if I couldn't I'd have to drop it at a different location and went inside..10 minutes later a guy showed up and helped me..apparently he lived there too and said she knew exactly how to break down the unit, he works for her.Tanea C.

Mileage and gas was listed wrong on paper work, key to truck wasn't available per mobile instructions. No one was available in the office to assist which caused me to have to push back my reservation and delayed my move, this was the worst experience ever, I will say the uhaul manger did help as much as possible.LaVisa J.
Give someone a truck that doesn't have mechanical issues try to help the customer just don't make a sell and try to get ppl out of the door care about they're travel do your best to make sure it's not the company or your fault we don't make it safe and sound.cortney H.

Wasn't pleased with the uhaul I received this weekend. This location is usually great, but this time, the back of the uhaul was torn up, there was an old tire and jack still in the back, and the service and tire pressure lights were on! I had to sweep out the uhaul before I could place my belongings!BREANNA W.
The online check in wasn't working well for us. We kept getting referred back to it. Finally someone came out and helped us. This online thing is a huge inconvenience and Uhaul makes it much harder them beforeChristopher W.

Clean the trucks. When I picked up the truck it was on E with the has light on. I inside was filthy. The transmission is going out, the truck stayed in the same gear the whole time. I was a nervous wreck on the road thinking that the truck would turn off. This was absolutely unexceptionable and I will never rent from this location againMonica S.

There should be better notification if a mobile pick up has to change. I had a reservation for 7:00 am and it was not ready. I had to wait until 9:00 am for someone to arrive. Afterwards, the key was the incorrect key in the key box. This threw off my whole schedule and I ended up losing money. I was not pleased with this situation at all.Kassidy M.

Seriously, the manager and her team at A 1 Mini Storage Rex continue to provide outstanding truck rental customer service! Moving (already stressful and overwhelming) was again put at ease by their attention to details (equipment I needed was in great condition and all there, willingness to answer questions and concerns/clarifying procedures throughout the rental process, provided additional available options) in a professional, pleasant, and personable manner. I waited about 30 minutes for the Rental Person to arrive. I had requested 2 dozen furniture blankets, none were available. I had to travel 20 miles to another full service Uhaul location to get pads losing additional time. Truck was dirty inside, had to stop at Walmart to get window cleaner and towels to be able to see our of windshield clearly, there was rain/snow part of the way back, windshield wipers were in dire need of replacement, streaking and not keeping the windshield clear, a real safety hazard!James S.

I had an issue with the pick up date which was my error. When I called the location I spoke with Angelica. She made sure that my issue was resolved in a seamless and professional manner. Have everything we pay for ready with the uhaul as promised. Upgrade your uhauls, I had to drive with the driver seat window down to push the driver side rear mirror up from facing the ground! Make it clear how much additional the gas will be if not returned where it was when picked up.Janetta E.
