The truck was a line above E when I got it so that's how I brought it back and I was still charged for gas $30. I called complained no response back from management.

Please make sure gas is accurate on computer as well as the truck is was not . I always take a picture to show

However, the signage pointed to the back and there was little to maneuver to turn around. I had to leave the truck in the middle of the back lot for personnel to drive to the appropriate areas.
Jacquelyn A.When returning the truck - the U-Haul app did not pick up my location and I was unable to check in via mobile device. This is not an issue for the location but an issue with the app itself. Even when I allowed my location for the app, I was unable to check the truck in.

Wayne H.I would not recommend Uhaul to no one, I reserved my rental 2months in advance. You guys changed my location. I called to confirm the location and they said they wouldn't be able to see my reservation until the day of pickup. I called several times to confirm my rental and was told it will be available the day of my reservation. The day of my reservation I received a call stating my Uhaul will not be available until 5:30pm my event time was 5pm. You guys sent me to another location and when I got to the new location they said they didn't have any UHAUL trucks. I was on the phone forever trying to get help. Finally, the lady found a truck at the mini storage location. The rep at the mini storage was very nice & helpful but Uhaul sucks. I returned my truck to the location it said on the website which was the wrong location. I called customer service and Teresa was very rude and nasty. She kept saying the return location is on my contract which it was not… it only showed that I picked it up there. I based the return on what you guys had on my account. I ended up being late because of that and you guys charged me $27 . I hate Uhaul and will be use you guys again. I will never recommend you guys to anyone. This has been the worst experience ever. The lady (not Teresa) claim she was going to give me a $50 reservation credit and of course I didn't get it.

We got the vehicle got our job done and returned it by 1:30 pm at convenience of key drop. The contract was adjusted for the fewer miles we drove and a final receipt was emailed to Me thanks for a pleasant no hassle experience

But I was also told I have to park trailer in its proper parking spot and the vehicle as well. And if I couldn't do that then I had to go to another location. Very poor service. I should been able to drop off and not have to do that.
Jose Y.Arrived to someone's residence..very dark and uninviting feeling..other uhaul trailer and a truck was on-site so I figured I was in the right drop location...a female begins yelling down from the patio to separate trailer and truck..I told her I didn't put it together and wasn't sure how to separate the unit..she said if I couldn't I'd have to drop it at a different location and went inside..10 minutes later a guy showed up and helped me..apparently he lived there too and said she knew exactly how to break down the unit, he works for her.

No one was available in the office to assist which caused me to have to push back my reservation and delayed my move, this was the worst experience ever, I will say the uhaul manger did help as much as possible.

This location is usually great, but this time, the back of the uhaul was torn up, there was an old tire and jack still in the back, and the service and tire pressure lights were on! I had to sweep out the uhaul before I could place my belongings!

Morgan O.Clean the trucks. When I picked up the truck it was on E with the has light on. I inside was filthy. The transmission is going out, the truck stayed in the same gear the whole time. I was a nervous wreck on the road thinking that the truck would turn off. This was absolutely unexceptionable and I will never rent from this location again
