I was disappointed with the condition of the U-Haul truck. There was broken glass inside, and I ended up cutting myself I also had to sweep and clean the area myself before I could safely load my belongings. Vehicles should be properly inspected and cleaned before being rented out to customers. I hope this issue is addressed so future customers do not have to deal with the same unsafe conditions.

PRICOTHYE BI was asked to write a review about my U-Haul experience, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this service or refer a friend based on my experience. I was charged over $300 for the rental, and on top of that, I spent approximately $200 on gas because the truck used an excessive amount of fuel. The truck was also very slow to drive, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, I feel like I paid far more than expected for the rental and fuel. Based on my experience, I would not refer a friend to U-Haul.
