When the owner at A! Recovery found out the vehicle had a dead battery, he went out of his way to come to my location, take me to mechanics and install an brand new battery on the spot! I highly recommend A1 for their commitment to the customer. Thank you.

Truck dirty, melted chocolate in chubby hole on dash. Trailer had a low tire, had to keep putting air in it. Ordered 2 packs of furniture blankets, they had zero. Asked how to strap the car down on the trailer and he acted like it was a big inconvenience for him to do so.

It took a while for a representative to pick up the phone, but after I got connected I was taken care of in short order. Everything was ready when I got to the pick up location.

Let customer know store closes for lunch. Had to drive from another town to get the truck we ordered from our town approx 45 mikes away. Ordered for 9am pick up couldn't pick up until after 11:30 then had to wait until 1pm to get truck. So travel plans had to be changed

Dropped off at 4:45, must have gotten called out, as no one was on-premises.

The people at the location were great. The online experience was poor. Between the account dropping my reservation association and overall poor communication from the automated systems, the experience was stressful and undesirable. I used the website and app to manage my reservation and had to call the customer service hotline on the morning of my reservation because my reservation was not available. They told me I didn't have a reservation at first. Then they cross-searched my reservation number with my other information and found I did have a reservation but it was unavailable. They told me I was out of luck and would have to wait until later in the day to get my reservation. I wish I would have done my business in person. I regret using Uhaul's online service.

Shane is always on time. The truck gas tank was full and the equipment was in perfect condition.

Very helpful. Staff saved me about 20 minutes as they were right there when I arrived with the truck. Took 60 seconds to return it.

A brake light was not working on the trailer, and the employee working there wanted to blame my vehicle and cancel my reservation instead of investigating the problem. We are knowledgeable about trailer lights, and tried to help him fix the light because the wires were disconnected for the trailer light. The employee was rude to us during this. This location is small and run down, not inviting at all.

THe early check in that came in the email is useless, a lot of what I had already put in for early check in, had to be put in when we went to pick it up. seems like if you are going to have that the same info shouldn't have to be put in by the people we are picking it up from.

I used the app to return, not by want but based on the fear that if I didn't it wouldn't be recognized as returned, see the previous comment regarding disdain for the app. The people at this location were nice, the app is shit.

Other than internet problems, everything went well. Great staff.

Sucks that we had to pick up a trailer in a different town and that the new location didn't have furniture pads. New location of pick up did a good job of getting us hooked up to our vehicle.

Truck was not clean. Windsheild and front were covered in bugs. Had to stop at a gas station to clean the window to see. Resevered 10 blankets but there were none avaiable. This location is also a tow truck company. It is a RAT HOLE!

We returned the uhaul on time. We were erroneously charged for a late drop off. We were not accurately charged for the actual mileage that we drove. We were charged for more mileage! On and on and on! Miserable experience! Overcharged!

The “$50 service fee” for parking anywhere near the other slew of vehicles is ridiculous. Create an area away from other vehicles to park U-Hauls if you want to be greedy little piggies.

The representative was rude, stupid and useless.

Not a convenient drop off. We've done drop offs before with Uhaul & this was by far the worst experience.

The customer service was rude. I had to call and try to confirm my pickup time, but no one picked up. When I arrived, they were closed for lunch (sitting inside the shop, watching me knock on the door.) after waiting 30 minutes, and being lectured about my reservation, I was given a different sized trailer and was not talked through the pick up process. Would definitely not recommend this location.

Problem was with pick up end changing my pick up location multiple times in 2 days

It took over six weeks and 3 separate offices to get this rental done. Sheldon and the Wyoming field office lady worked diligently for over an hour to try to get your antiquated system to rent me what I had spent SIX WEEKS worth of calls trying to do...tow a Kawasaki UTV. You should be ashamed of the hours I wasted and your staff wasted because of poor systems!!!

My over all experience with U-Haul was unacceptable. I made a reservation a month ahead of time and 24hrs before I was to pick up my trailer they informed my it would not be there. And, gave me no assistance in solving the problem. The basic attitude from the regional manager ( Cheyenne, WY) was tough luck.

The truck was filthy with dirt and 5 bags of garbage.
