They tried to charge me for a second day cause I was A 1/2 hour late with the van. They called my daughter at work looking for me for no reason I was putting gas in the vehicle to bring it back. Then the guy was still trying to get more money out of me cause he had the wrong client. No I would not use this location again!!!!

DAVID HGentleman tried for over twenty minutes to produce a receipt for me to no avail. Let me know at least a dozen times he hates U-Haul and their system. I finally told him to forget about it.

Vanessa BI reserved the truck for 830 am and no one was at the location to pick it up. There was a sign on the door saying he would be in at 10.It put me 2 hours behind. I try to save time and complete the pre check-in before I go to pick up a truck, but for some reason all the info I enter needs to be re done in person when I go to pick up truck.
Adam WUHaul was SLOW. Fortunately, website was wrong and A1 Rent All staff was available to get me on the road. I will not use app again.

Thomas GVan was not full of gas. Stated 3/4 full, actually a bit less. How do you fill a tank back to a point less than full? Guess! I did a out extra fuel at extra cost to me. Yes that's a win for U-Haul, but not for me. Rent your vehicles full of fuel for better service & happier customers.

DAVID CAdequate Parking, which I appreciate... Wind screen was full of bugs from previous renter... required cleaning before I went very far... Otherwise equipment worked great and staff were friendly and prompt. Merci.
Wayne KTruck was busted up in the front and dirty. Took an extra hour to return truck, for the machine to say: Just leave it. Dont use the photo system if the photos are not reliable.

Richard LMy order was scheduled to be picked up April 27th. For some reason I decided to call to confirm the pickup with the UHaul location I originally spoke to about the order - They had NO RECORD of my equipment order. I finally tracked down UHaul traffic to find that no trailers were available in AZ. Only after demanding to speak with a manager was a car trailer located an hour south of me in Tuscan AZ. I only wish someone...anyone would have informed me of this a day earlier instead of letting me do all the legwork and make the extra drive. The equipment was fine, pickup and drop off locations were also fine, the total customer satisfaction experience was TERRIBLE. I Will never use UHaul again.
Vincent OI was told that i'd receive a text upon my return of the trailer to verify it's condition of which I never received so I just took pictures to show that there was no damage, and I called the next day to make sure everything was ok... Everything checked out, but I would suggest that the employees make sure they relay to the customer, the "return process" correctly..
LESLIE BI originally reserved a truck for 24 hours to return at another location for $150 and I thought I got lucky when the horrible cell service there wouldn't allow me to login to collect that vehicle via mobile pick up and I had to drive down the road and call uhaul. I was lead to believe that if I rented it for a day and returned to the same location that it would be $29/day plus $.99 a mile. This SHOULD have been cheaper since the round trip would take about 50 miles. I also purchased the $14 insurance because we all know how these places do things. Especially when they present you with a diagram of vehicle and what each scratch will cost you. I took photos and submitted them of the damage already present on truck like the scratches, dents, and damaged front bumper. I was originally charged $100,12 and then I was charged another $73,51 a few hours later. The vehicle was gassed back up and returned ON TIME in which the mobile app's required location service (on both phones used to get/maintain service here) should verify. Somehow vehicle claims to have been returned 4 hours late now when I have photos with a time stamp (plus, you'd think that with all of the signage that you're on camera, that this wouldn't be an issue?). The insurance portion was also upgraded to $28. I called uhaul to discuss but recording claims the wait time is 50-60 minutes with no option for a call back (like there was when I called to rent one). Now I'm left wondering how many more times they plan to charge my card before my hour long wait is answered instead of dropped when making a selection.. again.

LYNNE MFriendly and helpful. I was in and out quickly. The online reservation and confirmation streamlined the whole transaction. I would suggest this location to anyone needing to rent a Uhaul.
Howard KThe Plainwell location had rental trailers parked in a dirt area that was dirt. It was muddy out when we picked up due to recent rains. Naturally when pulling the trailer out and starting to go down the road, mud was flinging up from tires and getting on trailer. Used the trailer for 6 hours and when returning it was rainy again. Return questionnaire asks if we brought back clean, but how could we? The interior was cleaner than we got it, but how could we return exterior clean when it was raining and we had to park in a mud pit.
Michel SYour 24/7 pick up is a shit service that doesn't work most of the time with glitches. I sat at this location for over an hour trying to get this truck.
Adam WCustomer service and kindness. The truck was pretty beat up. Dont yell at its customers and argue with them.

Marci VReservation was for a place 15 miles away, I get to this place and the trailer is buried under a foot of snow that I had to clean off. Trailer was dirty inside and out.

Frederick SIn general, the staffer was efficient, friendly, and helpful in verifying our reservation in the system and helping hook up equipment to vehicle. Apparently there is no masking policy for U-Haul, which is one thing, but I didn't appreciate an employee making a comment about me wearing a mask.

Tyler SThe van was filthy on exterior. You could not see out rear windows because they were covered in dirt. Low tire pressure alert was going off non stop and was overcharged for mileage. Very disappointed.

Crystal JTried to return after hours. The app wouldn't detect my location even though location accessibility was on. Customer service by phone was 30+ minute wait. I ended up calling a different location. She was able to enter info into her computer so I could drop off trailer at original location. Fix the glitch or make an alternative to location tracking so when glitches like this arise we can still drop off trailer.
APRIL LOutside of vehicle was filthy. Inside was fairly dirty. Had less than 50 miles of fuel remaining when we picked up the truck. Irritating that we had to fuel up immediately. The mobile app rental process was also glitchy and slow. Took 4 attempts to sign the truck out and 6 attempts to sign the truck back in when we were done. Overall, a stress and frustrating experience
Brandon BWe returned the trailer by 5pm on the same but being charged for not returning the equipment on time. I know this business has cameras and they can obviously look to see what time we dropped off. This woman was more worried about her phone and the maintenance guy to make sure tge contract was emailed to the correct email address as well as telling us any important information like about the return of the trailer. Now i am being charged an additional fee of 2o.oo as will as an overdraft fee of 36 daily until i get paid Friday due to the incompetent people that rented us this trailer
Lincoln JReturned after hours; the person we spoke to on the phone offered to return the vehicle for us in the morning, but did NOT mention there was a $20 charge for it. We did not have cell service at their location, and thus could not return the vehicle on our own in their parking lot. So, we had to pay an extra $20 to return the vehicle due to no cell service, and a misleading salesperson.
Jackie MA1 Rent All in Plainwell, MI is predatory. Stay away. I rented a U-Haul trailer on Saturday morning for $39 and was told it needed to be back early Sunday morning (despite them being closed from 5 Saturday until 8 Monday), and that I'd receive a text with after-hours instructions. When I clicked on the text it said it was expired and gave no further info. I brought the trailer back on Saturday evening and left it where I'd picked it up. I got an invoice Monday morning for $140. When I asked the reason I was told that I hadn't followed checkin procedures. The trailer was in place, required no cleaning, and cost the company no lost revenue. Why would a reasonable company that cared about its customers do this?

JEROME WTried to charge me $14,18 for gas, saying it was at 3/4 a tank and now was under that. But it was already just under 3/4 a tank when i picked it up . i only drove 7 miles maybe just under that because how the gage works. And was charged for 10 miles. So how is 7 miles going to move your gas gage. Am i supose to stop and put $1,25 in gas for my 7 miles when i already payed for a 10 mile trip that took 7 miles.
RONALD SDropped the truck off after midnight and I was charged for two days rental and 2 time for insurance called talked to the guy that served me he asked my name then hung up on me other than being over charged 50$ no issues
Bruce EBoth locations were good and treated me with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately I had to rent a 5×9 trailer only for 1 day but due to the length of the trip. I was forced to pay for 5 days at a total of $243.83. Something needs to be done about the rental prices
Jeremy PI don't think this is the location's fault, but we were standing outside the truck waiting for 1/2 an hour for uhaul to approve our rental. Why couldn't this have been done earlier so that we weren't late for our meeting?
James WI couldn't get the self return online to work. So I ended up getting charged the extra after hours charge. All the technology has benefits To those who are tech savvy, But to those who have simply rented our vehicles face to face customer service through the years-- more of a challenge. Getting it in this case was great but the return tougher, since I couldn't get Website to work
