I was charged for a 26 foot truck when I ordered a 20 foot truck. Called and talked to someone and they couldn’t find the information on my 20 foot truck. Paid almost $300 more than anticipated after gas. Had so many issues with scheduling and the location of my pickup getting switched. More than likely won’t be using Uhaul again when I’ve used it for almost 10 years at this point.

TRAVIS BThe app was slow and took 30 minutes to pick up truck. I ordered a dolly which wasn’t in the truck. So I paid for something we didn’t get to use. The drop off was just as clunky. It takes too long for app to respond and it took about 20 minutes to return.
