Rita OMy hitch fell out of my car and rolled under my car I had to call U-Haul at my destination to pick up the trailer. They said the hitch was not installed properly. A piece required to secure the connection was not placed.

Arvar EIt would be nice to not have to back up a trailer. In other words, have a location that you can pull through to drop. Other than that, perfection. You definitely have an asset with Tina, she was superb.

Allen PGet new locks for the 3 after hours checkin. I had trouble getting the lock to open even when I put the Lock on "SAFE" as instructed. I had to jiggle the buttons back and forth. It took about 3 tries to get the lock to work. I was beginning to panic that I wouldn't be able to get into the truck and I had a crew coming to load the truck.

William MPickup location was great, super clean facility and well maintained. The U-haul truck itself was not maintained well. I am not sure this is the fault of the facility. The transmission on the truck was on its last leg.
Anthony EI didn't appreciate the all inclusive credit check on my financial history and the accused credit problem that took 30 minutes to get cleared up so I could get on with my day. The card I used gets paid off every month. I have no debts that aren't being dealt with by payments every month. I don't need you seeing that I do so. I didn't appreciate that part at all. Merci.

Darrin BI could barely open the back door for loading. It is damaged somehow and it takes a good amount of strength to pull it open and also close the door completely. Other than that, the truck was fine

David SWe had a great experience renting from this location. The truck was clean and ready in advance, already loaded with the supplies we had requested in our reservation. The tires were new and the A/C worked great in the Texas heat. The lovely lady at the counter, who's name I didn't get, was so nice and helpful. She helped us pick the extra supplies we needed and we got just the right amount with her recommendations. It might be out of the way for some, but it was worth the trip for us.

jim bThis place is a scam. They charged us $450 because we returned 2 vans to this location instead of one. When we asked Tina the manager about the charge, she gave us the run around and pretended like she did not know what we were taking about. After calling Uhaul corporate we found out it was Tina who places the charges. We have been trying to get in touch with Tina and her manager Seth but conveniently they are out of the office and will not pick up their phones. We rent Uhauls every weekend for our business and spend a lot of money with this location. They are dishonest and unprofessional. We will not be using this location again and caution all businesses not to use this location. They are also extremely rude and have no regard for customer service.

Viola GNever rent from Uhaul unless it is at a location that is open on Sundays! My on-line experience was horrible with my reservation being cancelled or moved.

HEATHER GUhaul needs to fix their website when reserving a truck. I was allowed to put furniture pads to my order, but when I went to pick up truck none were available. The manager said this was a Uhaul website problem. So it needs to be fixed so people are not scrambling at the last minute trying to find supplies they thought they had reserved/purchased
