Eric BHad never rented uhaul before, didn't know that pricing is based on mileage and not hours. After research and prior to booking, understood better and rented for longer period and paid for mileage. This could be explained better up front. I do design, UX (user experience design), website development (in Framer) -- would love to chat with your IT Dept and let's improve the experience of the website for users (and ideally app). I called for availability, but they didn't have one. About 10 minutes later he called me back saying one was just turned in, & if I could wait, he'd call when it was available online. So I did & was able to rent the vehicle I needed. I was surprised someone made the effort to help me get the vehicle I needed. Great customer service, which I've always had at this location. Merci.

KEVIN BWe rented a 20' truck and it leaked. My furniture got very wet. I told the drop off place and they suggested I start a claim with repwest. They denied the claim stating the trucks are not water proof only water resistant. Ridiculous!!. People on both ends were great. Product was terrible and U-Haul did not back up their faulty product.
