Toya B.I'm a mother of 3 and a grandmother of 2 I trusted my rental to U Haul to moved my daughter belongings to her condo. This was the most awful experiences I ever had in my life. While driving my truck with the trailer attached to Hitch The hitch was improperly attach and the trailer came a lose on the highway at 57 mph speed causing major damage to my vehicle. We was escorted off the highway by a State Highway Patrol to a safe area. Roadside assistance was called and assist. The first thing came out his mouth was WHO hitch the trailer to my truck. The hitch was improperly hitch that's why it came a lose and could have cause me and my son life . Thank God for covering us on the highway . Note to self and anyone that may rent any equipment from U Haul please check over the equipment to make sure the equipment is up to date and safe for you to tow because this could have been a tragic Now I'm left with damaged to my truck and waiting on Rep west insurance to contact me about the damaged to my truck I'm not a happy customer
Veretta K.I would highly recommend this location. They were professional, kind, and accommodating. Their lot is ideal for picking up and dropping off with plenty of room. Zero problems. I did have an issue with the call center employees after learning the storage unit I pre-ordered online was non-existent. It seems to be an issue and I was wrongly asked to keep contacting this location and the drop off location. It was neither of the locations' responsibility. I was offered the storage unit online, corporately. But we all know what that means. I will continue to hold UHaul responsible, not the local businesses that have zero control over what is promised online. It was a terrible burden to not have that unit to put me items in once I got there. Think about that for a minute. I will glad to update if UHaul chooses to make this right. So far it's just been arguing, being hung up on and not being called back by the supervisor at the Regional Traffic Location center. You would think that not having a place to put your belongings would be important to a moving company.

William M.Three trailers of the type that I wanted to rent. One was a 1992, another 2006, and a 2016. All of them had some sort of damage and at least one tire that was questionable. Renting was easy. Person at this site was super nice.

James W.This was not my original location. My original location is at Beauty Supply on W Florida St. They will only let me comment on this location. Have your mobile services accurate and up to date on what's available. I had to wait 2 hours to get my uhaul. That is 2 hours I was put behind on moving which caused me to move things in the dark. Also keep in mind I was moving to another city so I got on the road at a time I was not planning. It was very inconvenient. On top of that I was refunded and had to REPAY an extra $150 just to get my car because someone sold me a uhaul that was not available. I had to find out MYSELF because someone got in the truck and drove off with it! Then they expected me to go to another city to pick up another one so I had to settle for a smaller one. IM UPSET

Then received keys to the truck that was not in my reservation and when I said it was a different truck she told me she would fix it and didn't. It made dropping off the truck an hour long experience. The location closed early so I had to wait to talk to the 800 number.

Roger H.I was charged for 15 gallons of fuel. The truck had half a tank of gas when I picked it up and 1/2 a tank when I dropped it off. I have been ripped off and demand my fuel charges be reassessed

LeRoy S.I will never in a million years return to this location. The owner is a piece of work. When we arrived with the truck she asked if we knew how to attach the trailer. We said, no. She said "well I can't help legally I'm not able to drive the truck." What a load of BS! She tried coaching us through attaching the trailer ourselves but that was fruitless. Finally she jumps in the drivers seat and even SHE can't figure it out. This woman owns a Uhaul location and spent over an hour backing the truck up trying to attach the trailer hitch. In the meantime, she called over RANDOM men waiting on the bus to help. This added to the wait time and allowed random men to drive the truck we were responsible for. After an hour and a half and four different people driving the truck the trailer was finally attached. After that experience, we drove to another Uhaul location to have them check it and the trailer was on WRONG. Mind you this was a trailer for auto-transport. This would have been catastrophic if we hadn't had it checked! To top it all off she charged the wrong card for the purchase. What a ridiculous experience. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

TONY F.The pick up location changed at the last minute. When I went there to pick up the truck, the mobile application did not work and would not let me access the codes for the lock. Then the truck had no gas and would not start. I had to spend 50 minutes calling and trying to figure something out. I was asked to go to another location to get a different truck. Definitely not a good experience since I had to drive for 2 hours instead of 1 like I ordered and paid for online, then lost at least an hour calling and trying to find a truck.

GRANT C.Do not add insurance without asking customers I declined insurance on line when I purchased the rental on line my wife picked up truck and the lady added the insurance without saying or asking her if she still didn't want it. The area manager would not take it off the bill even when the reservation showed that I declined it. The power outlet's didn't work the manager told us that those were a luxury item and did nothing about it. It looks like I have to take uhaul to small claims court to get insurance back. I will never use or recommend uhaul for my move again.
