self returned as the site was closed on Sunday. The parking lot needed attention, weeds growing around parked trailers, neighborhood not the best. it was conveniently located

IAN PIt's stressful moving. UHaul made it even more stressful for me. I had a truck reserved at a location that I learned was basically abandoned based on reviews. I then changed my reservation the same day I was supposed to pick it up (around 4:30pm), to a different location for a 7pm pickup. Upon arriving at the facility, I found out that my UHaul reservation hadn't gone through, so I had to call and wait 10 minutes to be put on the phone with someone who set up the reservation for a truck in the lot. I asked the representative not to hang up on me while I went through the app process. After a few minutes, she hung up on me and then I learned that the key wasn't available for the truck. The box 3 was tapped off, and even when pulling the tape away, and entering the code, there was no key. I called customer service again and had to wait another 10 minutes to get ahold of someone. She spent half an hour helping me work through my problem and I got another UHaul reservation set up for a location 6 minutes away. I Ubered over to the other location and was finally able to get my key close to 9pm. The next day, I went to return my key to a super sketchy location. Someone sketchy sitting in a supercar asked for my key after I finished the apps drop-off sequence. I asked if he had anything showing that he worked there and he didn't, so I went over to the drop box and put the key in there. I didn't feel safe at any of the 3 locations. I couldn't imagine if I was a more vulnerable kind of person going through this process, it was awful. Either change for the better or get replaced by the next truck company that comes along. I'm not sure I'll be back to use UHaul much more after this.

Toya BI'm a mother of 3 and a grandmother of 2 I trusted my rental to U Haul to moved my daughter belongings to her condo. This was the most awful experiences I ever had in my life. While driving my truck with the trailer attached to Hitch The hitch was improperly attach and the trailer came a lose on the highway at 57 mph speed causing major damage to my vehicle. We was escorted off the highway by a State Highway Patrol to a safe area. Roadside assistance was called and assist. The first thing came out his mouth was WHO hitch the trailer to my truck. The hitch was improperly hitch that's why it came a lose and could have cause me and my son life . Thank God for covering us on the highway . Note to self and anyone that may rent any equipment from U Haul please check over the equipment to make sure the equipment is up to date and safe for you to tow because this could have been a tragic Now I'm left with damaged to my truck and waiting on Rep west insurance to contact me about the damaged to my truck I'm not a happy customer
Veretta KI would highly recommend this location. They were professional, kind, and accommodating. Their lot is ideal for picking up and dropping off with plenty of room. Zero problems. I did have an issue with the call center employees after learning the storage unit I pre-ordered online was non-existent. It seems to be an issue and I was wrongly asked to keep contacting this location and the drop off location. It was neither of the locations' responsibility. I was offered the storage unit online, corporately. But we all know what that means. I will continue to hold UHaul responsible, not the local businesses that have zero control over what is promised online. It was a terrible burden to not have that unit to put me items in once I got there. Think about that for a minute. I will glad to update if UHaul chooses to make this right. So far it's just been arguing, being hung up on and not being called back by the supervisor at the Regional Traffic Location center. You would think that not having a place to put your belongings would be important to a moving company.

James WThis was not my original location. My original location is at Beauty Supply on W Florida St. They will only let me comment on this location. Have your mobile services accurate and up to date on what's available. I had to wait 2 hours to get my uhaul. That is 2 hours I was put behind on moving which caused me to move things in the dark. Also keep in mind I was moving to another city so I got on the road at a time I was not planning. It was very inconvenient. On top of that I was refunded and had to REPAY an extra $150 just to get my car because someone sold me a uhaul that was not available. I had to find out MYSELF because someone got in the truck and drove off with it! Then they expected me to go to another city to pick up another one so I had to settle for a smaller one. IM UPSET

CLYDE PHad a truck scheduled for 1:00pm the agent didn't arrive until almost 2pm. Then received keys to the truck that was not in my reservation and when I said it was a different truck she told me she would fix it and didn't. It made dropping off the truck an hour long experience. The location closed early so I had to wait to talk to the 800 number.
