Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOnly issue was given truck with 13 miles to empty. Turned truck in with quarter tank and still got charged a fuel fee. Going to fight it.
Jon RNothing they were very professional.
TATIANNA IThe haul was low on fuel when I picked it up. I returned it with some gas and was still charged for gas. I have rented from haul for many years and never received a uhaul on empty when I picked it up. I will more than likely not use this particular location again. I feel bamboozled and cheated out of my hard earned money.
Shawnia HLady was rude, did not get a receipt. Called twice to get a receipt and she was unprofessional on the phone and arguing with me that if I was saying that she didn’t know how to do her job, all I called for was just to get a receipt. I was calm all the time but she kept on going that she had emailed 2 hours ago, and I said I didn’t get it that’s why I was calling. So, she said she was going to email again, before I could finish saying if she had the correct email, she hanged up. Very rude and unprofessional individual.
