No one was there when I dropped off. Terrible service overall.

Fred was great but needs to keep a better eye on the condition of the equipment (if that's part of his contract). My 6 hour drive became a 9 hour drive because the strap for the left front wheel of the car tow dolly kept falling off, apparently it was cut too short at some juncture, and i had to keep pulling over to replace it. Also the tires on the tow are bald and a tire person told me it wouldn't make it from Wausau to Oshkosh (after already coming all the way from Duluth!). Everybody also needs to know that if you have a keyless start on your vehicle, the battery needs to be disconnected for the drive. That set me back an hour as I had to find my toolkit and disconnect them, not something I'd ever done before, and customer service could not advise me on how to do it either. I also needed to figure out how to do that while having my car on so I could put it in neutral. And since I couldn't lock the steering wheel while in neutral, I had to secure it with my seat belt. These cars are speeding bullets on the highway, there needs to be more or better information for novice towers like myself. I would have stopped at a Uhaul on the way, but I was so behind that my unloaders that I had scheduled were waiting around for more than an hour before I got there.... I had to pay for that lost time! Otherwise, it was a good experience, my extra drive to Moose Lake for pickup was comped the miles so that was nice of Uhaul :)

I got to speak to Fred and he was awesome! He helped me and was cry professional and kind. I felt well taken care of. I wish picking it up was as good as dropping it off

I know this place and they are very friendly and very helpful. Is it clean and inviting, no. But don't let the appearance fool you, these are great folks.

The trailer I rented had a bad tire on it. The tire was swapped out with another from a different trailer, but I feel like a thorough inspection wasn't done before it was sent out for rental.

The app on iPhone is TERRIBLE! Several crashes made me late picking up then the "pick up truck" feature just disappeared and tech support didn't know why(they were helpful though) the lock for the key pickup was old and stuck. Overall the app cost me an hour of waiting around attempting logins and crashes.

Your computer program is really slow. He did the best he could but there is a lot of wait time for screens to pop open. Need to improve the speed of your paperwork. The gentleman was very polite and courteous. I would recommend this place definitely.

Checking out was delayed by check-out person's inability to use the app on the phone. 20 mins -30 mins to check out. Too long, especially after a long day of driving.
