Norman K.The trailer I rented had a bad tire on it. The tire was swapped out with another from a different trailer, but I feel like a thorough inspection wasn't done before it was sent out for rental.

Several crashes made me late picking up then the “pick up truck†feature just disappeared and tech support didn't know why(they were helpful though) the lock for the key pickup was old and stuck. Overall the app cost me an hour of waiting around attempting logins and crashes.
Micah K.Your computer program is really slow. He did the best he could but there is a lot of wait time for screens to pop open. Need to improve the speed of your paperwork. The gentleman was very polite and courteous. I would recommend this place definitely.
