I was initially annoyed because I signed up for a pick up in Moose Lake, a half hour later I get an email saying that pick up is now in Superior Wi. Not acceptable! So I called the Moose Lake location around 11am. I was told that I would receive a call back 'shortly'. At 4pm I still hadn't received a call, so I called and got a different person, who told me they would find out what was going on and call me back in 20 minutes. I never got a call back. The next morning I called and spoke to the owner. He was able to correct the pick up and promised me the truck would be there for me. The day I was moving, I arrived to pick up the truck. The truck wasn't there and I was told it would be back any minute. 20 minutes later, still no truck. I ended up getting a different truck. So end all be all, it worked out and only put me a half hour behind schedule. The employees and owner were very nice and doing their best to make it right for me. Which I appreciated.

STEVEN BThe people were nice, but they gave us bad advice, tried to change our rental details, messed it up, didn't know how to fix and we had to start over. What should have been a 10 minute check-in process took 45 minutes.
WALTER SShould probably go through and do some maintenance on the equipment before it goes out again. Only 1 light on the whole trailer worked.
