I use this ABC Mini Storage location every few months for an in-town Uhaul rental, but everytime I call their local direct number, it forwards to the answering service for the "storage" business who want to forward me to 1-800 Uhaul. If I allow this, Uhaul does not book a specific location and I end up spending a fortune in extra mileage since Uhaul will almost always make me drive across town (to the main Pasco Uhaul) to pick up a truck. So, instead, I call repeatedly over several hours until someone answers. They then say they were "vacuuming" and didn't hear the phone. When I get to the location, I am usually the only customer. I guess this is what to expect when I rent a Uhaul from a storage business. I will say, though, they always have my truck ready when they promise and are generous with after hours drop off times.

in my experience, u-haul in general does a good business, a reliable product at a fair price, no gimmicks, no hidden fees. Hard to find this in most daily business dealings.

The truck was not that old but was very well used! The top of the cab was rusty and the cup holders looked like coffee or pop had been spilt. The folks there were very friendly and helpful!

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the truck and the furniture dolly substituted for the utility dolly. Attendant was nice enough but was obviously overwhelmed at the time.

My experience was not great. I first reserved a cargo trailer that became unavailable. I was then twice promised a cargo van that was never provided. I wound up having to use a 15 foot box truck that was way bigger than I needed at a considerably higher cost. Your reservation system does not stay current. Equipment that is out of service or otherwise unavailable still shows in the system as ready to be rented.

I can't comment on this location since they were closed. But the placed to park the truck and trailer was an issue. The gate was closed and locked and that wasn't known until I pulled the truck down into a driveway where I then had to back the truck and trailer back out onto a busy street. If I didn't have someone there with me it would have been tough.

The site to check in the truck was difficult and did not work easily. I had to change browsers for the site to access my location which took me awhile to figure out. Otherwise a simple transaction which helped a difficult situation.

Used online rental service. It was very convenient and user friendly. Also, hired movers through U-Haul. We hired Williams Brothers Movers. They were excellent! Very friendly and extremely professional. Highly recommend them!

I'm very happy I could interact with a person to rent my u-haul. I had tried a week earlier to rent a u-haul truck at another location that was using the no touch on-line method and with faltering phone coverage I was not able to finish the process at the location.

We have been using ABC Mini Storage a lot lately, great service and deals but our last rental picked up 9/17/2020 the truck was filthy. Cup holders were gross, old dried up chocolate Cheerios on floor under seats. Will try to upload photos

I scheduled a pick up date On Labor Day, and was told that the U-Haul would be ready for me to pick up. Upon arrival the facility was on a holiday. Corporate needs to get their information correct.I even called the morning of Monday and was told that I could go pick it up.

I have work with this firm before where I dropped off my truck. There are the reason why their facility is number one in my book I would do business with them any day anytime and any month of the year. if they say you'll be a truck waiting for you or trailer or anything for that matter for U-Haul I can promise you it will be ready on time.

The over all experience was a nightmare. This was the third location they sent me to cause the triple booked me the first two. The people at the 1-800 number are really no help and dont want to help you. They act as if it is an inconvenience helping you. The people at Aaron Drive were amazing. I will bypass the 1-800 from now on and only use them.

I turned the truck I rented in on time, it was after hours and was checked in by the employee the next morning. They didn't mark it as on time and I was charged an extra day. After calling customer service the money was returned. When I got the key to the truck when I first rented it, they told me to make sure everything was correct and to make sure it was returned with a full tank of gas. When I turned the key and started it the tank was 3/4 full. Do I went inside and let them know. They made a note of it and said to bring it back full and they would fix it when I brought it back. I mentioned all this when I went back to the store to try and fix the over charge and they said they don't credit you if you bring it back with more gas, they only charge you of you bring it back with less. I told them they made a note of it and they said sorry no. I brought this up again when I talked to the customer service rep on the phone while fixing the over charge and they told me they would have to get their manager and undo everything they just did with the over charge. I did what they asked me to do with returning the truck on full and I expect them to do what they said they would do, but I guess they don't follow through or care too much about customer service or keeping their word. It wasn't much extra I had to pay for the gas so I just let it go, but it's the principle of the matter that really bothers me and the lack of customer service provided after they already made the mistake of over charging me in the first place!

The location was full of trucks so hard to drop off items to the storage unit to turn in the trailer. The office smelled like old Chinese food and the attendant was not very helpful at all. Was just not a good experience..

1. We never asked for a utility cart and didn't know there was one in the truck until we had left the store. We were NEVER told it was in the truck nor were we told we would be charged for one. You should be ashamed of this! Plus it wasn't a very good one. Our personal cart was WAY better than what you all left on the truck to be used. 2. Upon returning truck we were told to put the key in the drop box. Trying to locate the box was ridiculous. We and another patron were searching for it for over 30 minutes. Finally I called a friend we potentially would know where it was at. We finally located it on a pole that was blocked by a large u-haul truck.

This was not where we had reserved our truck but it was a mile down the road which wasn't bad. The problem I had is that we wanted a 26 ft truck and could only get a 20 ft truck. There was a 26 ft truck available but it was an hour away and uhaul wouldn't get it to where we needed it.They expected us to drive the hour plus to pick it up and then back an hour to our apartment to load it. Not good customer service. But this is a corporate problem not one at the facility. We had to fit stuff into our pickup because not everything would fit in the 20 ft truck. Luckily we got most everything but we had to leave a few things in the trash because we couldn't fit it in.

Charged $4 a gallon $8 total after putting $5 gas and driving 15 miles total trip! Used these guys many times and never been over charged before. Very disappointing!
