Make it clear where to get the key from when you lock it in the back! Wasted an hour of moving time trying to get ahold of someone on Sunday. Also don't charge me $70 for fuel/surcharge when I clearly left more fuel in it than it had when I picked it up! Check the photos i took and sent you of the fuel guage!

I have no idea because I love the great customer service I receive here. The truck I rented ran great and pick up and drop off are so easy.
DENISE MIt was very hard to figure out the instructions for pickup outside of office hours. Other wise it was great.
Christina MThe drop-off location was changed during my drive, to a storage facility that also rents UHauls. I was turning it in pretty late (about 9:30pm). The location was dark, and there were "no parking" signs on the pavement in the only spots that made sense to park a UHaul truck. When I pulled in, there were about 4 other UHauls already there, blocking the storage facility customer entrance (so customers trying to access their storage units could not enter), and if I parked there, the back end of the truck would be in traffic. I wasn't sure where to park so I called the U-Haul Customer service number I was given. The gentlemen who answered after about 10min transferred me to the after hours self-turn in customer service center; the lady who answered said she'd look into it, put me on hold for about 7 minutes and then hung up on me. And did not call me back. I eventually just parked in some random spot blocking a storage unit. Then it took me another 5 minuted to find the key drop box because it was on a dark pole across the driveway, with no lighting on it. This location is horrible, mostly due to lack of parking for after-hours turn-in. And the "customer service" agent who hangs up on a paying customer is ridiculous.
ALLISON KThey called me the week before moving and said we were being "upgraded" from a 20-foot truck to a 26-foot truck, which was way too big for our needs. To compensate for the increased fuel consumption, they gave us a truck with a tank full but marked the starting fuel level as half-full, which was good. They also included 25 moving blankets plus 4 dollies. We thought that was fair enough.
