The ratchet straps to secure the front wheels need lubrication. They barely moved

Michael bThis was probably the best rental experience I have had. The representative was very personable and knowledgeable. This helped tremendously when getting everything we needed for our move. Even recommending items to make the transition easier. I guess the only thing that didn't work out for us was the lock set we purchased. The disc style locks are not wide enough to lock the latches on the roll-up doors of the trucks. This was very minor and somewhat insignificant, but it was the only the only hiccup during the move. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

Jody AFantastic service! The gentleman who took care of us was kind and considerate and kowledgeable. We were late for pick up and he called to make sure that we were okay and still coming. He fully explained any questions I had. I'll most certainly be coming back when I need to rent again!

Greg SAlso ways make sure your truck is working properly when you start driving. The gentleman at the u Hal place was very nice and helpful. I have done business with him be for and good and far man. The peole that had the truck be for me was not properly informed the gentleman at the store about its problems. So when I got the first truck I went down the rood and had to turn back. it did not feel right. when I got back i told the gentleman about how the truck was feeling and what it was doing. So he was so nice and got me a different truck . Also he was going to give the truck a ride to see what was going on with it. I thank him so much for doing this. the next truck drove really well. I was so glad. like is said this place is a really good one. I will always go back there .

Jared LThe U-Haul system allowed me to drop off at a time that the location was closed, then made it difficult for me to drop off after hours. This location does not have good cell phone service, so dropping off via the app is impossible for this location.

Walter SFor self check in after hours the u-haul site requires a photo of the equipment, but you are not allowed to upload the photo, you are supposed to take the picture and the site will search for it. If your photos are not stored where the site expects, such as on your phones memory card, or in a folder with a different name then expected, you cannot complete self checkout. The owner of the uhaul location I went to advised me that he knew of the problem and would not charge the extra fee for dropping off equipment after hours without completing self checkout. The uhaul rental site added over $120 dollars of equipment during the checkout process and has a link to skip extra equipment, simply setting all the equipment to zero does not allow you to progress through the checkout. There was a $5 safe trip fee added to my bill that I had not agreed to. Perhaps it is added if you try to speak to a customer service rep about not being able to complete the self checkout (20 minute wait time to speak to one, 10 minutes for text chat).
