The on-site customer support was terrible. When we asked for clarification on check in/out procedures we were told it was “pretty self explanatory” then left to figure it out on our own. We were provided no written instructions and told everything was emailed however the internet service was poor/wouldn’t load, and the cell service was nonexistent. It took me nearly an hour to check the vehicle in and it only worked because someone picking me up let me borrow their phone because mine was frozen from trying to login to the app and website for 40 minutes. This was not an accessible or user friendly experience, I will not be renting from here again and will not be recommending this location, possibly the entire service.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisSuper helpful and efficient. Brad walked me through options, looked and called some other dealers in the vicinity for trailer options that he was out of stock on and then was very helpful setting up the eventual trailer onto my car. Highly recommended for an easy and efficient move and rental process. A+.
