They actually had a mobile jack stand so we didn't have to manually lift the tongue off our hitch. That would have been a nice feature to have on the trailers.

Chose to opt out of the Safe Move coverage for the 20' moving van and auto transport, but once on the road we noticed we were charged. Disappointed about that part.

Once truck was ordered, from your Ballwin location reservation went to a non-existent location on St Charles Rock Rd to a location in Lake St Louis and from there to New Baden IL. which is 52 mies from my home. Three hours to pick-up truck is unreasonable to me?? Thankfully the equipment was good , New Baden store great and turn in Knoxville also great. Seems as though reservations could stand some updating!!

Not over charge customers due to trailer shortages in parts of the country. 300 % markup could be considered price gouging not happy on what I was charged.

Leave a jack on the lot to jack the trailer off the ball or add a jack to each trailer. I had to use a scissors jack from my vehicle to get off of hitch.

The new system is not user friendly. Picking up a truck from a 24/7 location seemed an impossibility and I was not able to get much help from the first two people I called. The system needs work, but the silver lining is that the individual at this location was extremely helpful and professional. She is what I hope to see more of when i choose Uhaul.
