Kevin UTruck needed an alignment. Gas milage was horrible. Truck needed a tune up. Driving with this truck was a horrible experience. Air ride did not work correctly

Aaron JThe shift lever on the steering wheel column was loose and.tricky and hard to shift from park to drive or reverse. It is very loose and felt like it might break off in my hand. The steering wheel was also looses which made it hard to steer the truck.

Alice rI checked the vehicle in I'm going to assume they were on lunch but that's not the problem. The problem is I only had my uhaul 2 hrs. I had to call them to get my deposit back they never put it in the computer. Then they did it while I was on the phone and lied about them doing it on time like I didn't get the email soon as he did it over the phone. Still been 2 days and haven't gotten my refund refunded yet.

Demond SIt was a very small location but still very well operated. They were well aware of the potential for a warning light for engine and transmission issues. They said they had encountered it often with Ford model trucks especially with higher mileage (in this case over 77 000 mi).

ROLAND MThey were closed when I returned the uhaul and said I brought it in a day late. Check the cameras. It was dropped off Saturday night. I had until Sunday morning and I was still charged a late fee. I have the fill up on gas receipt and a witness. Engine light came on in Port Barre scared the crap out of me. I immediately pulled over and called in. I was told to drive on it was just a company reminder that truck needed to be serviced. It was pouring down rain and the windshield wipers were rubbing iron on windshield. May I remind you those wipers need to be changed and checked often. I could not see because rubber was worn out. Need I say more.
