One of the worst experiences with the online reservation system. The location itself and the employees were excellent and helped me as much as they could. My reservation never showed up on their system because the truck I reserved wasn't available. But I never received a call before my pick up time or the day before to inform me of this either. Luckily they had a smaller truck available for me to rent but then I had to make three trips back and forth with it because it was too small for my needs. I did eventually receive a call from a uhual representative at 2:30pm to inform me of the unavailability of the bigger truck. My pickup time was 9am and they called after I already picked up the smaller truck and was in the process of moving. Hopefully I never have to move again because I won't be using uhual if I do.
