u-haul lack of rental for this 15 foot, had to go further to get one. The rental was older truck still runs ok but the ac was not blowing very cold air but made it destination.

Blanche C.When I picked the Uhaul up, I got there at 9 or 9:15 maybe that morning. She asked me how long I will need it and I said maybe until like 3 , I asked her if I went over will there be a charge she told me no because technically you have it for the whole day. A guy name Nic started calling me and I explained to him what she said she also told me it just had got there that morning and she didn't get a chance to clean it. She let Me know there was mud in it. She told me to bring back as is. I also put the gas at 3/4 and I took pics the guy say it's between a half and 3/4 I took pics. Why would I not put gas in it for the company to charge me more. They overcharge me and I will dispute the charge with my bank
Miami W.Maybe have some lights put in where the trailer parking is because it's kind of hard to see when backing up the trailer at night you have to back it up a little and get out and look and back up some more until you're back far enough

We have used U-Haul for five moves over the past few years and the two ladies running the Acadiana location in Slidell, La were the best. The facility was spotless and our rental items (Dolly & pads) were quickly loaded. Friendly and professional.

Kernel W.It took is 3 trailers to get one that functioned. Then the passengers side tire was bad. So we worried the whole time of getting a flat. Then when we dropped it off we couldnt even get the deposit back. We were told one price online and were charged almost 200 more
Christina M.Truck was nice and clean but the AC work didn't work after a full up. Have to drive for about 10 minutes then it's started to work. Drive side window won't close all the way up when your at highway speed. You would of gotten 5 stars if the AC was working correctly.

Phylicia L.I called to make the reservation and was quoted $0,79 per mile. When I checked in I was told the mileage was really $1,09 per mile. No explanation could be provided for the discrepancy. I will not use this location again.

Elliott E.I made reservations for a 20 ft truck for 7/15/2020 by Rosa, in which was made for 7/16/2020 instead. I went to the Gause Blvd location to pick up the truck after speaking to Christine yet the truck was at a further location causing more mileage on the truck. I go to the location for pick Christine was very nice and professional. I drop the truck off and Rosa saw dirt on the floor board of the driver side and states you need to clean this up you can't leave it like this. I stated it was raining and I am not cleaning it up. Rosa stated I can charge you a cleaning fee. I said excuse me I have never been charged and I'm not cleaning anything. Rosa stated well Christine isn't going to be happy. I said I don't care! This is the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul! I am very displeased with the way I was treated!!!
Cherry B.My original pick up site was in New Orleans. The time of my reservation was changed without consulting me. It was only by the grace of god that I noticed the change. I had to call the 1-800 number at 11pm, on hold for over an hour, and they were able to find the only truck in the general area for my needs. This site was 45 min from my original reservation, with a pickup time for 6am. I was extremely unhappy with Uhaul and the Tulane Ave uhaul site

Rebecca B.The questioning process was longer than anticipated. I rent vehicles very often, when renting a vehicle they ask me for my License, Credit Card and proof of insurance.. When I rented one of your vehicles I had to provide 2 additional names and phone numbers both which had to answer at that moment. I believe this step was unnecessary..
Troy D.Stop charging outrageous amounts of money to drop off uhaul trailers; at other stores, other than; the one you rented it from. I thought, uhaul was owned nation wide; by uhaul and a costumer could drop off at any store; for the same amount.
