waited 30 min for the store to open. Uhaul made the reservation for 9:30 when the store doesn’t open till 10. Then the guy who let us in told us the uhaul guy was supposed to be in at 10, and he didn’t know where he was, and would not help us. So we waited another 15min until the man who said he couldn’t help finally rang us up. He was lazy and didn’t want to do it. And in the middle of ringing me up he walked away to talk with another employee about the schedule. Overall poor experience, I won’t use uhaul in the future and will recommend other do not as well.

check in process online is VERY VERY slow. I did not receive the dolly I ordered online. Ace was good UHAUL service in general not so good.

The truck we had need a new front tires and shook really bad. When you pressed on the brakes you heard the hairline inside the cab of the truck. There was no passenger seatbelt available for a passenger.This was very disappointing.

Way overpriced insurance pushed repeatedly. on a six day rental insurance would have been almost half the cost of trailer rental. Seems as if someone is gouging the uninitiated public..

Posted that no assistance for hooking up the trailer, so did this myself. The other 2 rentals had assistance for initial hook up. Fairly easy check in as brought tablet out to check it in.

I used the app on the phone for all parts of the transaction. I received a late bill that I do not understand. There has been no response to the request for clarification.

When I brought the rental back I had filled it up the the level that I was told to by the contract. Whoever the young kid that checked me in said it was not to that level. By this time the guy at the counter had charged my card for the fuel and a fuel fill up charge and an extra day. I requested that he walk out to the truck to look at the fuel gauge which he did and realized the fuel was at the correct level and that somehow I had been charged for an extra day. Now he had no idea how to refund me. After waiting for him to call U Hual and hearing them say they could not help and that he had to call his district manager or somebody to figure out how to refund the amount that had been incorrectly charged. After all this he said he had it fixed , until the next day when I receive three email receipts from U Haul all with different charges. Now I have to go back to the Ace in Lebanon Ohio to figure out how to get my refund and they unpolitely told me they couldn’t help and that I would have to call 1-800-GO-UHAUL. After a 45 minute conversation they told me it would be 3 to 5 business days. It’s amazing how you can get my money immediately but can’t refund for 3 to 5 business days. I’ll never use Ace of Lebanon Ohio again and will look for other opinions instead of U Haul.

Ask more questions. Hauled a motorcycle to Sturgis and back. I wanted an enclosed trailer. Put a 5’x9’ On order got it home and the door opening is 4’ high really! Then come to find out that there were no tie done loops in trailer. My first hauling a bike, and I did tell them what I was doing. Other than that all good

When I dropped the truck back off I entered the building passing 2 young workers, walked to the back of the store. Waited 10 minutes for one of them to come help me. When no one came back I walked to the front to ask one to help me. After finding the two young workers I realized they were working on something for one of their personal vehicles.. All in all I waited around 25 mins in a Empty store ( no other customers) because they were to busy working on their own items while on the clock.

The counter guy was rude and lazy. I explained my rate was actually lower than what I was being charged and he wouldn’t listen and said it is what it says . The truck I was given, had a bad wheel hub or something. Between 60-65 ish it would vibrate and had a bad wheels hub sound. The pads I was given were wet and Condensation in the bags. I only used one bag due to that. The trucks passenger door had a bad seal or something. The 23 hour drive was horrible to how loud the wind sound was in the cab.

We got there about 5 mins before closing. We parked the truck. Jeff went up to the door and they just turned the lights off, so he went to the side door where you could drop off the key if after hours. Just as he was walking up, 3 guys were walking out, one said, we just closed, Jeff said, well I just want to drop the key off to the uhaul. He took the key, threw it on the floor and said, ok, your good. Jeff said well what about the dolly and the furniture covers, they are in the uhaul and you can't lock the back. He said, don't worry about it, and kept walking to his car. I understand he wanted to leave, but seriously, he could have spent 5 mins. with Jeff.

1) There was a leak in the front left side of trailer and the stuff in the front got wet. 2) The folks that work at this store now don’t smile or say hello when you come in. 3) When I reserved the trailer I wasn’t sure what time I would be able to pick it up. I reserved it for 1:30pm I believe. I called to say I was going to be late and the person I spoke to said ok I’ll tell them. I was not told that my reservation would be canceled at a certain time, which it was. When I got there I was told I didn’t have a reservation. I had to start all over again with giving my information and setting up the rental. 4) The person (Don) that waited on me was rude to me. 5) There’s a sign on the door that says you can finalize the transaction online for the return of said rental. Don said no you can’t. 6) I have driven and pulled many RVs and found this trailer very difficult to back up and get it to turn. Spent a lot of time in the rain getting it into position. I think it’s the hitch. It seemed loose. 7) In the past there were moving blankets and ramps with the rental but this one did not have any. 8) You can’t drop the rental off outside of store hours because the gate to the lot is locked after hours.

i got charged double on my credit card. I rented it for 10 hours. I picked it up at 10:23am and brought it back at 5:58pm prior to them closing. I had to call that location to ask why i got charged double and they (Harold) said he didn't know. Asked my if i used a debit card and said no a mastercard. He then says that doesn't mean it's not a debit card. I then said i think i know the difference and its a credit card. Needless to say i am not pleased at all with this.
