Actually, the problem wasn’t with the actual equipment location but rather the U-Haul call center. The call center stated that this location did not have a tow dolly and only had auto transports available. That would’ve ran over $150 for a simple rental that a tow dolly was required. Called the actual physical location and they told us the inventory did have a tow dolly for $45. I’ve worked for U-Haul in the past, and this is an issue. Inventory must be maintained properly between rental stores and the call center, to avoid an unnecessary customer inconvenience and to maintain profitability.

ANDREW GAppliance dolly was on this order but was not available upon pick up. Disappointed. Luckily a neighbor had a dolly we could borrow.
Glen BI received the U-Haul full of dirt and mud which was disappointing because I was moving into my brand new home with nice furniture!
elizabeth eTrailer and cab of truck were dirty, sand gravel and drywall pieces. Truck steering wheel wobbles a bit.
