They did not close the contract when it was returned. They called wanting to know where it was. So why wasn't the contract closed when it was returned in person during business hours?

BRYAN FOnly one lady working in office. I needed help unhitching and finding a spot to put the trailer but no one available. No receipt for trailer return. Finally got a receipt via email 3 days later. The U-haul app showed I still had the trailer 3 days after I returned it.

BRAD SSeamless experience origin to destination. Good customer service, good trucks, the app is great very convenient and helpful and returning the rigs was a breeze. You all needs a slogan on the side of their trucks that says, "U-Haul - moving America." I would also recommend putting the 1-800 U-Haul phone number on all the trucks.
MICHELE BI had to go to this location because the first location more convenient didn't accept trailers which would have been nice to know before hand. Overall a good experience.

Jody GI dropped off the trailer on Sunday and the location was closed so there were no personnel available.
JEFFREY DIt took over a hour to get my equipment rented it at 6 am didn't get my equipment until after 7 am. Because of the online process no one explained you needed 3 references at 7 am on a Saturday morning. So no one answered their phones which holds up the check in via app. Not a great item to be using via app check ins.

Willam RLots going on at this location. I saw the U-Haul trucks but there isn't a sign indicating the location. Very nice gentleman with an accent who helped me.
