I arrived at 4pm, the location was supposed to be open until 5pm. There was no one to help. It was in a valley, so there was no cell service. I tried to download the app to make the return, had to walk to the road for service. 5 minutes to download the app. Tried calling the U-Haul number, placed on hold and then hung up on. Had to take photos and download them but did not work because lack of service. Finally got in touch with a live person who tried directing me to the app. I explained that service was poor and the facility was closed. They then told me I was all set.

The Bosrah customer service person was friendly and very helpful getting the trailer connected and lighting checked out. Person at the Keene, NH return site was also helpful getting the trailer disconnected and completing the return in a timely fashion. We have used U-Haul for a number of moves in our families and they've always worked out very well.

PHILIP GThere are rental facilities closer to me, but I drove out of my way to this one because of their excellent customer service! They are very friendly, make the rental process fast and easy. They pull the truck out for you, so you don't have to look for it or have to navigate it through the parking lot.

Ralph GActin Rental was great but the truck we rented had broken AC and the front end was so wobbly that the truck was hard to control over 60 mph.. We weren’t happy driving it for 6+ hours in the heat with no AC..
EDWAD WI’ve used this both with remote and in person the cell phone service is very spotty there so the remote return was a little difficult, but the pick up service, friendliness and speed of the process was excellent.
RUTH SThe piece of equipment that I picked up was disgusting. There was dog hair on everything. Cigarette ash everywhere, piece of weed in the door handle, and beer cans behind the seat. I vacuumed and hosed it down but frankly feel like it was just wasting my time cleaning up after the person's before me.

Devon FI was an older truck that served the purpose I rented it for, the counter personnel were friendly, courteous and helpful.
Ronald STrailer was unsafe for the road. Had no working running lights. Trailer also has a spare tire on one axle causing bad vibrations. Trailer wiring was hacked and poorly repaired.

Ben STruck needs brake work, would have been terrified to drive it more than the ten miles I needed. Used it to store equipment overnight. Windshield wipers needed to be replaced. Runs rough. Knobs on heat fan gone. Interior ripped overall a very used rough shape truck.

Douglas SThe location closed earlier than expected. The location had a sign posted for after hours drop off, but when corporate U-Haul was contacted, they explained the location did not accept after hours drop offs. The app for conducting the after hour drop off was flawed, it would not take the pictures That I took of the trailer on drop off. I had to call and speak to two different people and it took me over an hour to drop off a simple trailer rental. Oh, this location, which was much nearer to me than where I picked the trailer up had five similar trailers, while I've been told that nothing was available anywhere in my location, hence the pick up in Columbia vice anywhere near Norwich. Overall, this was a horrible experience with Uhaul.

FRANTZ JFront driver and rear passenger tires were very low in pressure and driver side tire net ratchet strap rusted almost to non usable status, needs replacement. Equipment should be checked regularly for things like what i mentioned above. The tires i understand, but passenger side was not reading on a pressure gauge at all, so pressure was less than 20 pounds. The ratchet strap has no excuse why it wasn't checked or replaced, which is what needs to happen. I had a ratchet strap of my own to put over it as well, just incase it failed completely since i could not cinch it down all the way it needed to be, just enough to hold the car was all i could do.

Jeff PTruck was not clean in the bed or in the cab. It smelt like so bad had to wear a mask driving and after had go back to work a spray disinfect all over me to get of the smoke smell. Every time have rent from a U Haul location the truck is never cleaned.
