Alexandra EEverything was perfect with my truck it was ready to go and everything was clearly explained about how to return it as well as returning it after hours. I was able to finish unloading slightly early and brought it back after hours the evening before it was due- to my surprise the owner appeared out of nowhere well after the business had closed and he helped me close out the rental. This is the location that I will rent from in the future. Super nice guy!

Brandon BI've been renting uhaul trucks a d equipment for 30 years never once was I disappointed untill now. Nobody was at the location for me to pick up the truck although they were suppose to be. I had to use my smart phone to rent the truck. Very frustrating. The truck rode like a bucking Bull and extremely loud axhaust issue. Longest 4 hour drive ever. Will be using Penske next time
