The gentleman that rented me the dolly I used was very helpful he hooked it up to my truck for me and repaired my trucks missing trailer light connector free of charge. 12/10 Would highly recommended this location and will come here for all my uhaul needs in the future.

I had to pay $70 for using a truck to big and I requested a smaller truck and for Approx 4 hours how do you go from 19.99 to 70 I will never use them again I've use haul before and never ever got charged this much

I had trouble getting a trailer down in Bryan/ College station and the guy at the university location did not even help get me a trailer or veryify my truck hitch system just said 1/2 ton truck could not pull a Honda Civic and one place in Navasota had 2 trailers but computer was down ended up calling Dave back in my home town who took the time to go through my truck towing hitch and said it would tow since I met all requirements located me the pick up location got there and they had the equipment waiting on me A special Thanks to Dave at drop off location and the Young Lady at the pickup location they got me out of a bind and represented UHaul well

I would have appreciated a phone call about the additional charges rather than seeing the debit on my account. I had to call and ask what the charges were for. Otherwise, this location was clean, professional, and friendly. Recommend highly.
