We had an appointment between 1 and 2 pm. We were on a tight schedule had another appointment. We got there and waited over 45 minutes. She said she drove by and seen us and came back to the office. That was not the case the bank and post office are in a different direction!! I asked if she forgot our appointment. She said she had to go to the post office and the line was long! I feel I deserved a phone call or at least she should have asked if we could have done it at a different time. I also asked for the smaller van at the time of booking. When I asked for it at the office she say it was one way I said that's fine then she said it taken. I dont believe that. She was not seem sorry for being late and that we had the problem for complaining that she was so late just to go to the post office. Thank you

When I walked in I stood about 2 minutes before being asked if I was picking up, I responded no this is a drop off, I was told just give me the key and I will take care of it, I'm by myself and I'm busy, as I passed the key I stated it's being returned a day early the lady looked surprised I ask is that a problem she said no we have your email and phone number you're fine. That took all of 2 minutes. It just felt rushed, abrupt with no options just leave the key and go. WoW

Experience was great, highly recommended. I did everything online so when I arrived to pick up the truck I just had to receive the keys and do the inspection from my phone. Location was clean, friendly and easy to locate.

That when calling for information, make sure you get the person who’s calling there information. The person calling is obviously calling cause they don’t know the answer to there question. Also when it’s time to get the truck and they send the link to your phone to make sure the truck is in the same condition when you return it, they need have the link be more specific. Like instead of then just asking us to look at the font, back and both sides of the truck to see if there’s no hole bigger then your fist, they also need to have a check list for the small things as well. Like if the AC don’t work correctly, if the sheets that come with it are folded or not folded, if the back is cleaned or not. Those are some of the things that need to be on the papers.

We used the uhaul online to rent a truck because the pick up time was earlier than the shop opened. When we arrived it took over 30 minutes to check in via online process. The website timed out, had to repeat the process twice. That was 30 minutes in Phoenix in the heat. The rest of the experience was great the rental truck was clean when we dropped dropped it off, the store was open and the lady that assisted us was friendly. I think the U-Haul location sits in an area that does not have great cell service which made this process difficult.

Truck needs to be cleaned. Not kept very well. Interior was dirty, windshield was also dirty and the drivers side window was not air tight and it had a loud noise coming from it the whole trip. It was a convenient location close to our house and the employee was very nice. Will use it again and hopefully the truck will be taken care of better.

We rented a 26 ft. truck for a local move. Everything was going great until it was time for the return. The truck we rented was reserved the next day at 10 a.m. My son returned it at 10 a.m. and the person on duty was horribly rude and intimidating. We did exactly what was told to us to do, but made to think we had done something horribly wrong. Moving is already a stressful situation and then to be treated as my son was is totally unnecessary. For any further U-haul needs, we will look elsewhere.

I tried getting a truck rental Yesterdaya d they told me they were open just come on in a pick a truck up. I get there and the driveway is blocked off n I parked to the side. Then I get the door it say they are open but the door was locked and no one answered even tho I had just called 5 mins before that. Then today Pauline was extra rude and impatient. I only went here cuz I was in a bind but after the service I won’t ever again.

Your 15 foot vans are only 12 feet floor space "attics" don't count. ask a real truck driver. I feel misled, since the sign on your wall lacks the info that "attic" is part of over-all length. This is deceptive . You have been in biz long enough to know better. Or is there a "darker side" to not showing the 12 foot net deck length on your 15 foot truck description ? Attics are NEVER part of lengths & widths. Your competition does much better on this.

The lady up front was short with us and treated us like we were bugging her. The uhaul was parked in away that was hard to get out. Also it was very expensive for one way.

I filled the gas to exactly the same place it was when I picked it up and I was charged for gas. Let's back up to the morning when I picked it up on the do it yourself app, the lock was impossible to undo. I had to call the corporate office twice. Meanwhile the people that offeted to help were waiting at my house. Fortunately, the woman on duty came in early and was able to get it open for me. I have rented from this establishment several times. Never again. Can't wait to tell others this experience was horrible. Always make the attendant check gas at the same time you check in. Ripped off.

I am not sure the agent was completely honest with me! She told me I had to have the U-Haul insurance on the truck! I think that is a lie. They charged me for 2 days rental when it was only 1 day. The agent didn’t have my receipt ready when I returned the truck. It was sent via E-mail!

The lady who was at the desk was very rude at first saying we couldn't drop it off there as it wasn't a drop location. Once she saw my paperwork and that I was in the system to drop there she had attitude asking why people cant do their job right and told me just leave she would take care of it.

Not sure why I was charged for gas. Based on my milage estimation I added 6 gallons before returning it but I was charged for 4 gallons. Think that was an oversight on your part.

The customer service was horrible. I was charged a cleaning fee of 25 dollars, when I brought the truck back clean. Then I was told the cleaning fee is an automatic cleaning fee. The sign in the truck says bring me back clean to avoid the 25 dollar cleaning fee. Then I bring the truck back after putting gas in to be told I read short 5 gallons. In put the gas needle right back where it was when I picked it up. When I called to complain the assistant manager was rude and very smug saying well im just the dealer call uhual. Very unprofessional. Avoid this location
