A company is no better than the owner. Mike is professional ! Made it all easy for me. The equipment is in good ccndition. The trailer pulled very well.Glad Mike and his business is in Bluewater Bay. May God protect our Country.

I have taken Uhaul back to several locations and this location was the nicest and most helpful so far. The lady met us as we pulled into the lot. No guess work as to where to drop.

Mud all over car hauler trailer. I had to pressure wash the trailer before I could use it. It was the only trailer avail so I had no choice.

Sherrie knew exactly what I needed for truck size and made sure I was protected with insurance should anything happen. She made it happen very quick and had me on the road within 10 minutes. Excellent customer service
Charges were way too high for what I needed. I had my movers use this location earlier in the day. I then needed a van for 1 piece of furniture for about 1 hour. Was charged full 24 hours Plus 28.00 for mileage. Total RIP off. Will not use or recomend again.

Even though I was there on a normal workday, no one was there to receive me or help with my return of the trailer
trailer lights were INOPERABLE , brake lights turns worked but the running at night were broken !!!!!! . Stopped by FHP

The truck was clean, but not well maintained. I don't know if it's motor or transmission, but sometimes when accelerating it didn't sound normal. The pick up place didn't have any security available.

The management was rather unprofessional but I was in a pinch. Was rented a truck with a broken driver side door, which lead me to accidentally lock the keys inside. Once called regarding the issue it was pushed off on me, I find this rather unacceptable. I would not revisit the location again!
The Uhaul van that we rented smelled absolutely terrible! While trying to check in online to get the key to the moving van, (which is a slow process so if your in a hurry, I don't recommend it) my husband and I were standing directly outside the van. He said, “it smells like throw up out here.†We soon realized when we climbed in the van that it was the source of the smell. The smell was so putrid, and strong that you could smell it outside! It smelled like someone had spent an entire road trip drinking in the vehicle and then threw up (along with other bodily smells) all over the back of the van. We rolled the windows down for our 2.5 hour trip and even that did nothing for the smell. Not a fun car ride smelling that the whole rime. When we returned the van that evening, we had to go home and shower for the second time that day bc the smell had stuck to us. Clearly, no one is checking these vehicles between uses. I highly recommend addressing this issue prior to someone else renting this particular van.

Andy and I absolutely loved the U-Haul van. I drove and found it handled extremely well, not tippy on the highway like SUVs we have rented. The seats were also amazingly comfortable. My first time driving a van - much better experience than an SUV or the one-ton and 3-ton trucks I used to drive. However, the major problem of getting in and out was still there, particularly on the driver's side where there were no hand holds. Great meeting you Sherry, and good to see you again Mike.

This uhaul location always goes the extra mile to be helpful. ease of drop off and check in. just parked the truck outside the fence.
Make sure customer is not charged DOUBLE for a rental. DOUBLE insurance and DOUBLE rental fee. I was told to have the truck back within 24 hours when on the contract it stated 5 hours. I even asked the person and she said to have it back before the 24 hour mark.

The location was 38 miles away it took almost a hour to get there and I had to pass 2 other uhaul locations to get there. The location was closed when I get there 1:30 on a Saturday, but there was a number and the person on the other end told me how to drop it off and was very helpful. Just so far away?
Every thing was great
I was very happy with my storage unit. I never worried about anything happening to my belongings. If I ever need a storage unit I will come back to Affordable Storage.
