This location was great and they were friendly calling to make sure we understood how to pick up after hours. Unfortunately we will not be renting with uhaul again we had some trouble and called the customer service to see about swapping drop off locations and they person I spoke with and my husband spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful it was stressful for us during this move. I've never had an issue with uhaul before we have swapped drop off locations before as well it was never a problem.
