When I got home I found furniture pads that I did not reserve thrown in back of truck, which I was charged for returning that way when I did not use them. Reserved an appliance dolly which they did not have.

Kristie HMy insurance paperwork was presented and on file and then the facility decided they didn't have it and began charging an extra $22 a month. After 6 months I noticed the extra charge and when I brought it to the managers attention instead of refunding or applying the $132 towards rent they told me they would give me $20 of free boxes. After 2+ years of auto payment and being a retired Marine I took the boxes offering as an insult and acquired storage elsewhere.
Brian A | Expérience généraleI use this as my local storage facility as well. Other than increase in fees since new ownership, everything else here has been great. Clean & tidy, welcoming staff. Changes to price agreements by adding non-negotiable insurance after 2 years of prior service with the exact same bill until new ownership is the cost of 1 star.

Not to mention it's suppose to be 24 hour access to the units at this location & due to an issue on there behalf it wasn't which caused issues for us to be able to put our belongings in there because we have to work the same hours this location is opporating. The employees were very rude & obnoxious.

Jimmy MThe windshield was terribly dirty inside and out. I had to stop at a gas station next door just to clean the outside of the windshield but the inside was terrible as well. I had no way to clean that and just dealt with it.
Craig PThe truck was clean but the driver side windshield wiper was falling apart. this location does not have maintenance so U-Haul should be monitoring this before it is sent to this location. it isnt their fault. Also there was no washer fluid and the brakes were weak.

Cesar II would recommend this facility to anyone needing extra storage space. When you rent any storage space, be sure you know how to contact people in charge when the office is closed. Affordable kept me in my old contract with a modest raise which made it very affordable to me when they took over the facility.

Douglas MIt would be wonderful to have a flat paved parking lot with numbers behind & to side of office for equipment to sit on for easier hook on and off and separate concrete entrance than same road to get to storage units as people hooking up equipment can block their driveway so can get busy. Staff is always so nice & helpful.

Kayla HThe gals that work there are great, but when I went to return our vehicle, there was a suv parked where employees would park, so I thought someone was working inside. The door was locked. I had a terrible time with return truck app, took over an hour for us to finally get it going properly, meanwhile, our ride home noticed a man came out of building, and just took off, even though he saw someone was parked there, and did not wonder why they were there, or if they were waiting for someone, or asked if anybody needed help. Also, the keys dont even fit inside the key slot, what a joke. Management was negligent today Saturday, around noon and a little after. Poor customer service by them.

CLEVELAND CIt was dark when I dropped off my rental and this location had no lighting in the lot. If it were daytime it would have been good but 2 women dropping off at this location is not recommended at night.
