One time I was having trouble closing the door due to ice build up and the staff noticed via the cameras. A gentleman came over with an ice-breaker and helped solve the problem. I knew where to go and didn't need any help whatsoever. If you have half a brain you don't need someone to tell you how to move in. Very convenient location and the space was just what I needed
