Karen B | Overall ExperienceOnly issue we found was in the date we moved. We moved out on the April 1st rather than the 6th. My husband called and spoke with someone that day to let them know. The refund $ difference is minor so we didn’t say anything about it. All else was great.

They let me transfer storage units fast and timely and were always very helpful with any questions and or needs I had. When I informed they I wanted to cancel my lease they were also very polite and helpful and I paid for storage in advanced and didn’t even ask for a refund and it looks like they are refunding me back regardless since I wasn’t there for another month like I intended. I definitely would recommend and if I ever need storage again I will for sure be a returning customer.

One time I was having trouble closing the door due to ice build up and the staff noticed via the cameras. A gentleman came over with an ice-breaker and helped solve the problem. This is a great facility with decently priced units. Highly recommend.
