Michael VThe trailer was damaged on the front and fenders. The hook and locking mechanism was rusted and occasionally difficult to use. The rails and the door would "stick" so it required more effort to open/close the door. This trailer should have been retired.

Bill MThe mileage rate is excessive however once we settled on the vehicle size all went very smooth. The mileage rate is a little bothersome, then had to replace gas, but all went very well.
Philip MThe customer service representative. She wasn't very friendly. I was told when I go pick up the U-Haul truck I can give them any additional information needed. She had me do the process through the Uhaul app. That was the first time I ever had to do that. Also, my truck was not clean on the inside. I had to ask her to clean the truck before I left the property. Also, when I return the truck, there was a big U-Haul truck parked outside. That should have been parked in the back. It was hard for me to pass through to return my truck. I was charged twice. I had to call back to U-Haul to get everything resolved.
Casey DI dropped my trailer off that same evening around 8pm. The Uhaul parking area in front of the store had several people parked there from the bar next door making getting the trailer in there extremely hard as waiting for people to come out and move their parked vehicless
Terry LEquipment was ready and in excellent condition. Representative verified all was ready before I left. She went above and did an excellent job with the people ahead of me in line helping them adjust their rental and saving them several hundred dollars. Will definitely rent here again.

Selina W | Expérience générale1. This was definitely no upon my move in but I appreciate that change after. 2/3. Appeared secure because of the camera. Unfortunately someone was able to obtain either the code or had a code and was able to bypass my locks and enter my storage unit without question remove items and replace items. I paid my balance in person in cash and did not share with anyone that I had a unit there because of the same situation in a previous storage facility. 4, Not always friendly but they did there job. 5. Yes because outside of my personal experience it may not be the same for others and the facility for the most part is acceptable but I would however share with them what I had experienced.
