One female office staff member was rude, hurried, and not very helpful on our first visit, including when just asking to use the restroom. When we unloaded our U-boxes over a few days, there were U-haul trucks and other vehicles parked in the space between the storage units so we could not even drive our car with the U-box trailers through or even close to the indoor storage door so we had to carry or hand cart our stuff, including some very heavy furniture, 10 to 15 feet just to get to the door of the indoor storage building. We did have a better experience on taking our stuff out, as the vehicles blocking the roadway were gone and the female office staff was busy but helpful. We found a closer climate controlled storage with more accessible space in another local facility.

I had absolutely no damage to any of my belongings, other than the typical spider webs when I opened the door. Easy access getting in and out and security gate to get in and out. I will store my belongings here if needed in the future I’m still in shock…..7 years and not one mouse or any damage, WOW!! Everything was perfect as the day I moved everything in! 🙂
