This was the worst experience of my life with uhaul. I have never been treated so badly in my life. And when uhaul took a deposit and this facility didn't honour that and uhaul didn't even have the decency to return my calls to refund my money. I'm beyond unimpressed with this situation and I will never recommend this facility to anyone in my life.

I was absolutely disgusted with the service at this facility if my back wasn't against the wall I would have moved my stuff. Uhaul owes me not only an apology but a refund for what I paid them and the facility refused to take into account. I am a long time customer I spend a lot of money and today has made me want to find a new option for all my needs.

If you use storage and forget about it it would be fine. Lighting have no clue closed before dark

It would have been nice to have access to units after 5pm, since most people work unit then. The staff are very friendly and easy to work with and the price was the best I found in the entire Calgary area. I will recommend this place to others.

As I was moving my stuff out I was approached by him stating that I hadn't given my notice. I said yes I did when we spoke over the phone to take my last payment from my credit card. He fought back and forth with me. Only to jump out his vehicle and slander me, kick my stuff around and slammed the storage door closed and put a lock on. Told me I need to go pay another month is which I states nicely that no iam not paying another month because I gave my notice. He proceeded to leave to the office and attempted to charge my credit card.( without consent) my card was declined as I dont have funds on it. 10 minutes later he came back and said he had a change of heart to allow me to get my stuff but it had to be out that day. And slandered me once again calling me a liar upon other things. I will add that I was calm and respectful through this whole blowout. Which is why I was so shocked at how he treated me. And wouldn't allow me to speak by cutting me off and yelling. As he was unlocking the lock he asked if I was leaving garbage behind i said no that I had someone coming with a truck to clean uo and place would be left clean. He said he couldn't trust that and needed a $50 junk removal deposit. That it would be etransferred back upon vacating and leaving unit clean. He even signed a letter in agreement to that. The unit was spotless when I left and I took pictures. 4 days have passed, I have not received the money back. I have attempted to contact them multiple times on both their phones and it seems iam blocked. I tried calling from a secondary phone and as soon as I stated who it was, he hung up and blocked that number. I have reached out over email also. No response. So iam looking into legal options now as this is fraud. I could not believe how badly I was treated!!! I rented there for 2 years and I was nothing but pleasant and paid my rent on time. To be treated that way, lock my storage.. clearly due to a small misunderstabding on his part.Then attempt to charge my credit card without consent. Then take $50 and not return it only to block and avoid all contact following. Absolutely disgusting human!! What gives people the right to treat others that way. Or operate a business in that way. They need to be shut down!!!

They have one set of hours posted on the fence, and online there are several other hours listed. When you show up even though there is someone on site, he won't let you in until you call mark and he hears him say ok. That's all fine if Mark answers. The people are unfriendly and even rude when not called for. Very disappointing/. Better prices elsewhere with 24 hour access. This place is overpriced and not worth the hassle.

Even though it was a miscommunication, I felt upset with his response. There were words exchanged between him and my husband. This man kept texting my husband with threats and called at one time stating he was going to use my credit card to take money!!! What a horrible experience! All I recommend is that the process is explained more clearer to new clients who know nothing of this type of transaction.
